I use a clipboard system in combination with a classic-size happy planner for my professional organization. I also use a clipboard and a fliofax notebook for my daughter's violin/music lessons! I LOVE using clipboards!

clipboards were my mainstay organizational tool in grad school. Got me through with a straight A average, so I know it works!

I love using my personal size agenda for planning all the things. & I prefer paper over digital as well. I need the paper feel too! But I found that having a shared paper calendar system for myself & hubby just didn’t work. He would scarcely check it😂 and we would often double book ourselves. I switched to using the icalendar app on iPhone and we’ve created a shared family calendar. Now whenever I put in an event he gets a notification and vice versa. Before making plans we can easily check on our phones to see if we’re both available for “on the go” planning. It’s worked out really well for us :)

What programs do you use to make inserts? I would love to create some custom ones

I have Canva Pro and I also use Adobe Illustrator + Indesign. Most projects can be made easily in Canva. For more precise projects like these, I prefer Adobe programs. I do have a couple videos that show how I design in canva. One is called "design with me" and the other is "get organized with me"
