When I say boot mode, I meant pitmode, sorry for the confusion, I was hyped cause I literally just fixed it after trying for like a week to fix it. I tried so much before figuring it out. I turned it off on betafight, save, and it enables back automatically. I changed it on the tango 2 to turn off pitmode, it turns back on. I opened the menu on the goggles, went to features, vtx and try to turn off pit, but it doesn’t want to. I disconnect the power cord, held down the vtx button and plugged the battery in and it’s still in pit. I plug the battery in, held vtx button for 5 sec and pit mode still on. I couldn't find the solution anywhere and there's probably someone with the some problem as I had so I might as well share what worked for me to hopefully help others
