How to get powrwheel remote caravan motor mover working 

Thanks for making this video. It helped med fixing a problem with a very old powrmover whereI've been struggling with a remote suspected not to work. I've been trying reset's battery changes, control unit resets ... noting worked. Now you gave me the idea to connected the remote with the control unit using a normal 3.5 jack connection cable. No battery in the remote, attach 3.5 mm jack cable between remote and control box. Power on control box, press reset bottom on control box, press one of the power bottoms and one of the movement arrow keys. Large wonderful set of clicks from the controlbox and the mover sprang into life ...now I just need a much longer 3.5 vmm jack connection cable.

Ive got a powertch mover old one, making hum but no movement on rollers...any ideas? Batteries are charged an d new...if seized how do i repair?

I dont have the cable i bought one second hand, is there a way to push buttons to connect the remote with the receiver?

If I do as you say and tune in directly with the cable, should it work without the cable remotely?

Hi are your actuators working with that remote? I have the same unit everything works except the actuators. Do I need to reset it ?

Thanks for the info. Tried this and the remote works when connected but still will not go with just the battery. Everything was working fine until the 9v battery went flat in the remote. Any ideas?

I have the exact same model and my handset has stopped working, the cable you connected to the handset and blue box did not come with my van when bought second hand, could i use a normal 3.5 double ended ear phone jack or does it have to be special type. thanks in advance.

HI, I DON'T HAVE THE BLUE CABLE TO CONNECT TO HANDSET, WERE CAN I OBTAIN ONE, ALSO THERE IS NO HOLE ON TOP OF THE BOX TO INSERT THE PROD. THANKS.

My hand set is not working. We've tried new batteries but not light showing up. If we were to connect handset to unit with the jack are we then able to move the caravan while attached to jack. We got the handset tested at caravan shop and when attached to the jack signal is getting through to motor but not with battery even when new . Any ideas

For some reason my unit only seems to operate with the umbilical but not wirelessly :(
