Hi there, great presentation. However, I don't understand how you managed to get R39k rental income on four one bedroom residential property. Your capital on the neglected property R1.5m including renovations. I don't understand how four units (one bedroom) could give you almost R40k?

Great video. I have a question - in your examples with your commercial buildings. I would have thought that the bank would value the building based on your monthly income i.e. the second example the income was R39k, so wouldn't the bank value the property now around R4m?
