Its true with the telecom carriers. Really at this point subscriber growth is minimal and you're just fighting between taking subscribers from another network. Growth is small at best and 90% of the promotions for phones are for NEW Subs or NEW LINES on existing accounts. There are HARDLY ANY PROMOTIONS for existing customers. I have ATT stock as well and hope it doesn't turn into a dividend trap, but since they do a little more than just cell phones, I hope that diversity creates profit, despite their large debt. Verizon is toxic and one dimensional. Tmobile is trying to push streaming with their new "TVision". Its... mediocre, but they push it to high hell. There are no exclusives, and obviously they don't have content like Netflix, Hulu, Disney, or Amazon have. The run for around $10, but they'll NEVER EVER push the $10 Tvision plan because the employees do not get PAID for it. Employees only get paid on the $40, and up plans. They might try to offer incentives like FIRST MONTH HALF off, which they'll credit after you have it for at least a month, and they'll just hope you forget to come in and ask for it. They won't apply it for you, they expect you to come in and ask for it. They'll also say, "we will waive the activation fee for Tvision"........... ... THERE IS NO ACTIVATION FEE FOR TVISION Regardless, Tmobile is pushing it hard. You need to download the app and play it off your smart device, and it only pairs with Chrome or Firestick, or Apple TV, there is no support for Roku, and does not work with smart TV's that are either LG, or Samsung. You need wifi if you're running your TV off of it. Its not the most practical of devices, and I feel like they've gotten in a little late on the game for such things. But with no exclusives that Netflix has originals, as does Hulu, Disney, HBO, which is what everyone wants. Mandalorian, Marvel, etc. I got in Tmobile stock around $67 and it has grown well, only time will tell how much better it grows.

Congratulations Joseph, if you own Amazon, Google, microsoft, Sony or tencent then you are already invested in the video gaming market. Honestly there aren't that many big players in the market. Amzn owns twitch, Google owns RU-vid which probably has the largest gaming streaming, Microsoft has Xbox and Sony has the PlayStation. Tencent however is probably the best stock if you want exposure to the Asian gaming market. There's nothing that tencent doesn't get involved in when it comes to competitive gaming which is IMO the most lucrative market for profiting from investing in games.

Given that the goal of this account is passive income, are you planning to transfer into higher yielding investments in the future, or (to use a term from Warren Buffet) are you just loading up on your “generals” with the goal of having the shear weight of the investment generate income regardless of yield? Damn tbh it kinda hard seeing my brother investing in Tesla and making 8k with a 4K portfolio. Investing in BNGO and NNDM made me the double amount of money as investing for 1 and half years. I’m really trying to find middle ground investing 60% in companies that have future potential in growth and 40% in a spy and ark investment.
