I got my cage code and went to the government procurement conference. I have met with GSA so far and they let me know what areas they tend to go to. Disaster Recovery also let me know what areas they are needing. Haven't bid yet. I am using them for mid term rentals. I wanted to buy bigger properties though because it seems as though the government buys in bulk.

I was looking at a lease request for the government for office space. As you stated, need permission from owner that you are an authorized rep of the owner. This is very difficult being that almost all commercial properties listed for lease, have a commercial broker. This is the firewall, unless you can find commercial property that is for lease by owner
