Guys I’ve been doing this for 4 days and it really works!!!! I saw results on the first day, my pimples are going and it toned my skin real nice.

Girl thank you 😭 I started using the apple cider vinegar on the 7th of December and trust me it's amazing. I'd usually get new bumps on my face every two weeks, and then when I finally get them down more came back🤦‍♀️ So I got a spray bottle with water and the apple cider and I sprayed it every time I washed my face (in the morning and before bed) then I'd go in with my moisturizer, and trust me when I say my skin is glowing, no more bumps I still have a little acne scars (on my forehead, the problematic area) but I know it'll be gone soon. Sorry this is so long🥺 but I just wanna say thanks alot ❤

Found this video after staring into space from being so frustrated with my skin.. I made the concoction, washed my face, then applied it and moisturized. I'm going to try to keep track for 1-2 weeks on my results so no one will think the results comments are fraudulent.. My ratio of acv to water was about 55/45 - 60/40. I've been using this in a spray bottle and apply it with a cotton pad. I do not rinse the solution off. 1st night - Skin feels smoother and slightly brighter. 1st day/2nd night - One dark spot is looking lighter and the rest of my skin looks brighter and feels smooth. So far, I'm liking this treatment. 2nd day/3rd night - Skin looks more even. The darker spots are drying up! But it's hard not to peel them. 3rd day/4th night - Kinda the same. More even skin a bit each day. I made curry chicken today and remembered tumeric is also great with brightening the skin. I plan to do a turmeric mask either today or tomorrow. Some of my dark spots seem slightly darker but this is normal since the acv helps bring the pigment in the scars to the surface. ..I kinda fell off with updating lol I'm still using this treatment though and I'm still seeing results. Consistency is key.

OK so for everyone in the comments giving updates after about a week or so that’s honestly not how it works you need to use it consistently for at least three weeks after about a good month it kills all of my hyperpigmentation you have to be consistent and do it every single day. Nothing happens overnight especially with skin. Remember that.

Ok I’m going to start this because my hormones is starting to act up now cause I never got acne like this before so imma update everday Day 1 (night) really can’t say nun cause it’s the first day 💀 but When I put it on my face it didn’t sting my face but it did burn my eyes 😭 Day 2 (morning) still burn my eyes 😂 but when I woke up I just felt like my skin is starting to glow more also I have a few pimples so I’m trying to get rid of those as well. //went outside and my face wasn’t irritated, when I used this 2 years ago my face broke out (didn’t put any moisturizer on🤦🏽‍♀️) (Night) went to a party so I didn’t take pictures to see any differences but I did use the apple cider vinegar Day 3 (morning) ok so I feel like my pimples are getting a little bad probably because I was in the heat and was sweating but my dark spots are clearing up so I’m going to just dry out my pimples today to turn them into a ‘head’ *update* my acne is actually going down a few hours later 😳 (took a nap) Day 4 (morning) ok I didn’t do it last night cause I was very tired 🤦🏽‍♀️ but my acne is calming down, since I’m in the house I don’t put moisturizer on so I can dry out my pimple but when I go outside I make sure I do but I’m starting to notice one of my darkest spot is slowly going away but it’s still there. //For me to be doing this for only 4 days and seeing differences is surprising// Day 5 (afternoon) there’s really nun much to say looks the same like yesterday Day 6 (evening) sorry I haven’t been updating but my skin is very smooth and my pores on my nose use to be clogged but they are shrinking 🥳(use to be insecure about that) and my acne on my cheek still there but it’s only been 6 days so Day 7 (morning) so my pimples that I was talking about are going down some of them are turning to dark spots but I’m pretty sure the apple cider vinegar will fade them away also the one dark spot I have is still slowly fading away 👏🏽 so since it’s been a week I will update June 7th.

i will be trying this and i will be updating you guys daily. ive actually started this today. i rinse my face in the morning with just water, and nothing else. no other products. then at night i wash my face with my cleanser and then apply the apple cider vinegar. and that’s it. i havent noticed an improvement yet, but it’s just the first day, so ill update you guys tomorrow. (UPDATE 1) alright so i actually forgot to update you guys daily. but it really did help my skin. before I started I was having a really bad breakout, but then after maybe three days of using it I really saw an improvement. my skin was clearing up. it’s still not totally clear, but it’s better than it was before. I’m definitely going to keep using it.

Ima try this right now, wish me luck😚 Day 1 (early morning): I didn’t notice any change due to it being the first day but using the peppermint face wash and the acc made my face feel very clean :) Day 2 (early morning): my dark spot are slowly fading and i feel like thats due to me using the turmeric face mask that i’ve been using for the past 2 week’s, but starting with this routine i got a couple little pimples on the side of my chin but they were small so im not tripping. Day 3 (evening): I did the same usual routine and noticed like 3 lil pimples on my chin and i popped one (its a habit) but besides that the dark spots on my forehead are slightly becoming lighter. its a process Day 4 (evening): i saw a couple more pimples form on my skin but i think its just cause my skin is trying to adjust to this new routine. My scab’s from my forehead started to peel off so i just took em off and did the routine and the dark spots are getting lighter

I’ll be updating everyday for 2 weeks: *Day 1* I did this and left it on my face and only clean it off when i’m about to shower to apply more -side note- I do it once a day because i leave it on. Day 2: Not much change but I don’t have any new breakouts. Day 3: My mom notices a difference but I still have all of my acne scars. It seems to be fading (if This goes well in 2 weeks i’ll share my instagram) That’s all for now until tomorrow but i’m really confident. Reminders: Wash your pillows and sheets. Ok I'ma try this. I have basically no acne, just very minor bumps along my forehead and nose. I have a noticeable and kinda big dark patch on one side of my upper nose from injury + minor dark spots all over my face left from puberty acne. I'll update this comment sometime in the future. Routine is pretty basic: Water + acv + moisturize + sunscreen (2x a day) Sidenote: I'll be using a cleanser 2x a week instead of water. I will also be drinking 3.6L water daily to reduce the oiliness and puffiness of face, will make my skin more hydrated and therefore reduce appearance of fine linez too so there's that.

Like you, at one point I was getting them everyday and tried a skincare routine my friend told me to use which consisted of a million things which I didn't want to do😫🤦🏽‍♀️... i tried doing this, i had dark spots, a few pimples, and some healing scars. and i woke up the next morning to my dark marks turning into red irritating scabs. it looked way worse than before. now i’m just putting on aloe vera, a hot wet towel on my scabs and some vaseline to speed up the process. next time i’m just going to put skin lighting serum on the dark spots, avoid sun, be patient for those hyperpigmentation scars to fade. currently my some of the scabs on my are peeling naturally and they’re leaving a pink mark (meaning it’s healing properly). if your skin is sensitive or/and you have healing open cuts, don’t do this.

I’m gonna start trying this tonight I just bought mine today Day 1: in the shower I washed my face with a soap bar and then exfoliated, once out I put on the apple cider vinegar and it burned for like a minute but I definitely wasn’t anything I couldn’t handle and not worse than the smell, I waited till it dried and then I put Cetaphil moisturizer...I’m not sure if I see a difference but I’m hopeful 😌

i did this for two days and it started to work but because i just got acne and never did experience it before i just couldnt wait to get them off my face so in the third day got too excited and washed my face with a very strong ACV without diluting it and now i have burn spots where the acne used to be. guys if you ever to this dont ever put it without dilluiton , at least 1/2 of it should be water

i'm scared to use it, my skin is oily type but whenever i use a cleanser it gets dry so i usually use a clinique moisture surge which helps a lot, and if i don't use cleanser it goes back to oily. so i'm pretty sure the vinegar will make it worse than the cleanser

i would say study your face first in order to start using such things so i did use it and it actually worked like so well but the results dont just come rapidly and it also depends on how severe your acne is

And I’m white, and I get really dark purple marks. So it stands out so much, and I just need them to go away, bc school is starting for me this upcoming Thursday.

So I started Yesterday 💀 Day 1 : I Did Not see Any Change But It Did Burn My Eyes 😭 . Day 2 . Still not no change but it did burn my eyes so i took use a plate cover and fan it til it went dry Ill keep on updating .

I had recently broke out like on my cheeks n chin n jaw line and came across yo video and decided to buy some dr bronners and acv toner they didn’t have the peppermint one in Walmart so i got the tea tree one. I ended up finding the peppermint one 4 days later and got that one as well. The peppermint one seemed to lessen the appearance of my acne overnight . I been doin this regimen for almost a week now 2x a day except in the morning i use a vitamin c serum along with a moisturizer that contains sunscreen and when i do it at night i moisturize with shea butter

I've been taking apple cider vinegar internally. I didn't realize what was causing me to look different. My skin was more even looking and I looked younger. I recognize myself. My neighbor noticed it too. I'm good with it. It is drying me out. I need some lotion.

Tell you this It works for pigmentation around the mouth I do it about twice a around my face only twice to avoid dry skin and 4 times around my mouth for three minute with water because of un even skin tone and trust it works takes time to see results but I’d say give it A month or so and you’ll see result.

So pretty much on a scale 1-10 how bad is my acne prob. A 5 it’s not too bad but it’s not extremely good so pretty much I have organic apple cider vinegar! And pure Castile soap and I just found your video & I have both of these products not even know about skin care at all I used both of these on face then searched it up because I wanted to know if apple cider really works come to find out I was using Castile & apple cider vinegar before watching this video and then you talked about it & now I’m liked really amazed! Also if you guys want clear skin along with doing this method stop drinking soda you can drink juice but not soda ...soda is the problem people
