MY EXPERIENCE • DIET is really important for achieving a healthy skin and body. • DETOX WATER! GREEN TEA! • Avoid using too much make up and products on your face ( I even stopped using facewashs and I wash my face with a normal body soap) • when you get a pimple due to menstrual cycle DO NOT fidget with it, don't do any sort of spot treatment after 5-6 days it'll go away without scaring. • watch Brian tuner's videos.

We shouldn't use lemon or any acidic products on our face Bcz it will make our skin more sensitive and it damages the skin texture....instead of using lemon or any acidic product.. Try to switch with the products that actually calm your skin.....banana and papaya are superb ingredients for beautiful and healthy skin

It's so true , I had quite a lot of acne but during my summer break I used toners and packs every single day , ate salads and green tea whenever I could, and had an app for water reminders, and yeah I worked out quite a bit and these literally helped me . Also sleep and stress. Vacations reduced stress level to 0 and slept for quite a lot of hours and just in a month I ACTUALLY reduced my acne to a very large extent(TOUCH WOOD ) . my dermatologist actually was quite expensive I paid more than 3k per month but these things helped me alot ,more than ointments.

This is good! But trust me if you really have bad breakouts you must take antibiotics and a topical gel first.. Once you find eveythin dries up. You gotta get a clean diet. This include whatever she says. So tis is a routine after treatment!,

@@sumaiyamujeeb2199 even oily skin isn't same for everyone maybe ur skin barrier is actually stronger than mine and it also depends on where u live as for me i live in a olace where it's never really cold so i'm prone to more sweating and have more pores tgat's why oil is not suitable for me you should at least try for 3 months you can then decide whether to use it or not cuz it really works for some.

You don’t need to do it daily. Once or twice a week is enough, just keep your skin clean and don’t touch it too much. You can apply the face mask too :)

Don't try lemon, it is too acidic for skin! It is bad for skin in the long term..you might become prone to hyperpigmentation. You should try over-the-counter Retinol cream or a gentle exfoliant like Salicylic acid. Follow @caveofbeauty on twitter to get more info. She's amazing and because of her acquired my glass skin. Please stop suggesting people to put lemon on their face 😅 please read how sensitive people's skin can get doing that, lemon makes skin susceptible to sunburn and acid from the lemon in general is super harsh for skin given concentration isn't regulated each time you apply could also damage the skin barrier in long run. They might not see the issues right away but skin will keep damaging and compounded effects will be seen at a later age.
