oh my god. this video provided SO MANY of the answers and guidances that I have been persistently asking my team of doctors to figure out for over two years. I have been getting nearly 2 gallons of ascites fluid drained from my abdomen per week. i am 37 and not historically a heavy drinker so the only conclusions I could determine were too much sugar making fatty liver and too much stress. my doctors and nurses all have a mental disconnect between their desire to provide care and their readiness to diagnose and address functional problems which have at times made me feel like my life was ruined. your video addresses so many of the major problems in my health and I cannot thank you enough for this life changer. I think I love you, sir. You don’t understand how many questions you have answered that countless people haven’t been able to relating to this issue. With them, the answer has always been in some new product, not until now have I heard something like this. It should be so obvious, but it hit hard because it is so true for me and my situation. I had nearly given up taking care of my genetic high cholesterol, but this encouraged me to keep trying for the sake of my hair and skin.

The information is of next level, in every other video creators say that there are many reasons of extra sebum production but don't tell you what's the reason is beacuse they themselves don't know about it !
i accumulated a lot of fluid in my gut today and it must be due to the whipped cream dessert i ate today and the cottage cheese i ate today after virtually no dairy for a couple weeks and the lowest ascitic fluid buildup last week that i had seen in months (less than 3 liters) i probably added three liters today alone and it makes sense that the whipped cream and the cottage cheese are likely the cause. and i even got what i came for, an understanding of the mechanisms behind my intermittent rapid pore clog-ups. figured it was maybe kidney related but hadnt considered leaky gut cuz leaky gut seems to be something that a lot of medical professionals feel compelled to not believe in despite the many many sufferers and, as you illustrated, the recognized causes and related syndromes.

I think you answered my question purely by the dietary portion. I quit being a pescatarian after years and all of the sudden my hair is as greasy as it was at 16
Sir one last thing, I have some prehypertension issue and my bp remain around 135-140 and I sweat a lot. I believe this extra sweat due to hypertension is damaging hair follicles, plz reply your take on this sir.
It is important to control blood pressure. Nerve irritation can cause sweat glands to release too much sweat. Make sure your sugar is under control. You don't have endocrine gland problem like Thyroid and also get enough B vit and Magnesium for healthy nerves.

Another factor in healing your gut is that if your gut is not healed or if it doesn’t have the proper microbiome, you don’t take in nutrients as well. If you’re taking all kinds of vitamins or supplements but still eating a poor diet, they won’t have any effect because you’re not absorbing them as well as you would if your gut was healthy. You have seborrheic dermatitis with is causing flaking and you may have male pattern baldness due to excess sebum which acts as a carrier of dht. Do consult a good dermatologist or trichologist as soon as possible!
