TOMCAT MOLE KILLER LINK: amzn.to/2gRAL4v
I'm excited to make this video. I've had good results with the Tomcat Mole Killer, model number 34300. In this video, I explain the instructions and also include my own advice of wearing gloves, so the human scent isn't detected on the worms. The 10 pack costs around $18 at Home Depot. I think the worms show fast results, where you won't see new dirt mounds a few weeks later. I've heard some people say that grub control will eliminate moles, but that's not true. They will help promote less moles, but not entirely keep them away.
I have one warning when using the worm baits... Please be careful if you have a dog who can find this bait. Use with caution.
If you have other suggestions, please post them down below. If you find the video interesting, please give me a thumbs up. Thanks for watching!

We live in Ky. Moles are definitely in my yard! There are multiple areas where the dirt mounded up in the yard. Our lawn is very green and healthy. I contacted the lawn care service we use and they quoted a cost for the size of our yard of $180! WOW! Looking for a DIY. Think we will give this a try. Thanks.

I live in western Massachusetts. I live in a primarily rural area, and my property abuts conservation lands. I’ve been in this house 10+ years now. And I’ve always tried to plant only native species, and I use only organic methods to control invasive plants and weeds. My third year here, I was able to discourage the mole/vole population by early morning canvas of my yard, and tamping down their runs and mounds….I’d typically do this morning and early evening. I guess the critters grew tired of repair work, and within a month or two, problem just “disappeared”. However, here we are seven years later, and the population of moles/voles has suddenly “bloomed”. Even with twice a day “lawn patrol”, I can’t keep up with them! They’ve even increased, seemingly, exponentially. Now, I’m resorting to Tomcat poisoned worms…they just now arrived via Amazon. Let’s keep our fingers crossed…..and thanks much, for the “tips” you offered in this video, sir. Bravo-Zulu…..great, informative video!

Hello and thank you for doing the video. This is my first experience with what i call vertical moles. I used to work at a golf course in ohio and the moles there were just like yours they went lateral along the ground and you could see their tunnels on the course. But here in east Texas there are no risen tunnels to follow that i have seen, they just make the mound of dirt and then go back deep i guess. Funny story i was building a fence on my new property and i had dug a post hole and put some gravel in it and was planning to set the post in concrete after lunch. I came back from lunch and the post hole was half full of dirt. I stood there scratching my head as i had no idea what it was all about. But now i know its a mole or several because it has happend several times now. If i can find this stuff ill try it and let you know. Again thanks for the video... well done sir... :)

These work in a perfect world, I've tried all the gimmicks,, you name it,, nothing worked,, juicy fruit, poison, spikes, traps, exhaust, flooding with garden hose,,, and my neighbor told me about using dog poop or any feces. Put it into a 5 gallon bucket, ,make a slurry, I used the hose nozzle and shovel,, I made 4 buckets several daze with the cooperation of the neighbors dogs,, knarly stuff,, I poured half a bucket into each hole,, beginning at the ones nearest my house,, YOU DO NOT WANT THESE CRITTERS UNDER YOUR HOUSE!! I had over 50 holes because they just kept coming after nothing worked,, THIS WORKS,,, everything else dissipates or requires constant monitoring,, do this,, it has a lingering effect and fertilizes your yard,, works for voles, moles, gophers,, all tunneling critters,, HOLY SH!T,, LOL,, it's been two weeks and no new mounds,,

I am ready to try Tomcat, I currently have two of the sonar stakes in my backyard. Just had my yard professionally landscaped one year ago. Within the last two weeks, something, I think moles, have eaten the roots of a mature rose bush, killing half of it. Then it/they went for an Oak Leaf Hydrangea. (That is when I bought the two sonar stakes.) Now it is going for a hydrangea next to the Oak Leaf one. The area is covered with bark and I do not see any mounds. Maybe my next step should be the probe, so I can feel where the tunnels might be. (Waiting for the waves to drive the moles away. I have read it may take two weeks.) Thank you for your video. A friend had recommended Tomcat, and now I know how to easily use it! I had not even considered this might happen in my yard. Never had a problem before.

It is just one mole that has done the damage here! Great tip onthe gloves…my dadwas a trapper and he would also set traps to kill the ground moles…he would set the traps with the spikes that come down right as the tunnel entered the yard at the side of the woods and he woyld set the traps and place a couple bricks leaning on the traps so they had good staynf power when they went off and he litterall go t the mole every time within two days. I bought some of these worms and some worm oil (for fishing lures) and put the worms in their tunnels. I did it last July after having an infestation for about 15 years where you literally couldn't take a step in any direction without stepping on a mole tunnel. I did an all-out assault on them by putting castor oil spray and everything I could think of including digging the mole up as it was tunneling. Their numbers did decrease and I think I have it to a manageable level this year. I've not seen the usual tunnels except by the stream and I think I can trap that one.

I've caught moles with liquid dish soap and water. Find a fresh mound( that looks like a giant ant hill, have dish soap and water ready. Brush the loose dirt away, and find the hole beneath it. Pour a little of the liquid soap in the hole, followed with the water. I use the garden hose. Squirt the water into the hole. If the mole is there, he'll shoot out like he was greased. About a size ten boot or a flat instrument, such as a hoe. Results: DEAD MOLE>
