Hi Daniel, I found the niacin accidentally…..Niacin definitely is NOT necessarily the more is the better. I bought a high dose of Niacin (reduce triglycerides) and my face got puffy and very red. Luckily it temporary. Ok that’s enough for now. Thanks for the awesome videos!

I get serious redness. I look at all these videos and see that their redness is no way as bad as mine. I constantly get people asking me why my face is red or gossiping about it and in certain artificial lighting I look like a pinky tomatoes literally and always in natural light on sunny days, I slap loads of sunscreen on but that enhances the redness. My neck appears red as well and the rest of me super white. Seriously frustrating, especially when trying to find a date🙄
I dealt with the same thing after getting off accutane, I used CeraVE moisturiser and put my face in ice cold water everyday. I also embraced how embarrassing I am which helped a lot (considering I would get red whenever I’d do something even when no one was staring)
@@gamingwithcyt3925 I took roaccutane (UK version) when i was 16 and think it has made my skin flushing more frequent and my skin forever dry. It also made me more paranoid
