Quick update on this video: recently I stopped drinking coffee and that dramatically reduced the redness in my face. It's crazy I never thought of this before, but going caffeine-free seems to be having a bigger effect than a lot of other things I've tried. - DMS
You might also have a gluten intolerance. Be careful about celiac disease, I have rosacea and gluten is like trigger number 1 for me, next to sun and other foods/drink products.
@@connorfrankston5548 Thank you. Yes, I did experiment with no gluten for a few months, and that definitely helped me feel better overall. I am sure it contributed to a less red face as well!
@@midsonshort that's great man! I found your video because I'm having skin issues right now. I'm doing a lot of things that helped me before, and I think you're right along with all the other information online that stress is a big issue. I didn't really take that too seriously until now.
Not certain about the points made but ,if anyone else wants to learn about reiki ultimate guide pdf try *Morundan Total Reiki Mastery* (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my partner got excellent success with it.
It sucks being in high school and having this.. every presentation and everytime I talk to a person I’m not used to I become like a tomato. Now summer approaching and I’m red everytime I’m in the sun. Thank you for making this video and making me feel like I’m not alone❤️
I am starting school again too.. i’m so nervous of the thought of presenting.. it’s so embarrassing.. makes me want to off myself .. i do not want to deal with this for the rest of my life
C F I believe I was almost to that place when I was age 14-30's...go to top and read my LONG story. You ARE NOT the only one, if I SUFFERED through those days, you can! Back in the 70's-80's people never talked about anxiety & mental health. Now you can go to Dr & fess up & tell her about your anxieties & you can ask to be put you on anti-anxiety meds, that might help.
This made me feel less alone. My face and chin are also red whenever I’m flustered, excited, nervous, etc. Anyone experiences red/warm ears too? Hate it:(
i have to rub cold water on my ears when this happens to me. If you then walk outside i find my ears start to go back to normal as the water begins to evaporate and cools my ears down. This is also an easy solution when amongst other people because most won't notice slightly wet ears i guess. If you have long hair, just tuck it behind your ears until they cool down perhaps.
Everyone commenting on my redness was so hard growing up. It took me such a long time to accept myself and learn to deal with unwanted commenting and bullying Stopping dairy helped me heaps! Now also blessed to have a partner who loves my cheeks ❤
Why this topic is so underrated ? It should be treated as well,, cuz it might lead to psychological problems as i am experiencing, PEOPLE SHOULD STOPTHIS BULLSHIT, its a serious matter
I just have a naturally red face, I wake up in the morning my face is tomato red, I work out my face turns darker, I try to keep places cold cause my face is always hot but it barely helps, I don't have rosacea I have practically perfect skin, nothing I do helps, I don't even usually eat unhealthy food and drink lots of water.
Sorry to hear that! It's a tough thing to live with. I'd suggest trying no coffee or alcohol (if you haven't already) and also maybe see if there are stressors in your life that might be causing it. Most of all, remember that having a red face can't stop you living your best life! We're in this together!
PIE CRUST EXACTLY me too!! EVERY TIME I meet someone new they ask me “why is your face so/always red?” And I get called cherry red tomato face alllll the time for it🙄I’ve gotten used to it at this point
Me too... it's so freak*** frustrating. No doctor has been able to tell me why. I suffer from flushing which feels like 3rd degree burns and I've tried everything and not much works.
My face is always red when others look white and brown. And i used to hate myself for having a red cheeks but since i watched this video i stopped thinking of that thank you for making this video
So glad to hear that! Yes it can be a frustrating thing, but keep experimenting with your diet and lifestyle and see how it can be reduced. And remember most of all it cannot stop you from living your best life! Wishing you the best! - DMS
Yes! I agree. I cut out coffee and that helped me for the most part, but since I have had to wear a mask, the extra heat makes it worse the my former coffee days.
Hey! For anyone that related to my comment, I have an update. I realized it wasn't the mask that was making me go more red, it was that I developed a shallow breathing pattern while wearing the mask. I fixed this by practicing deep breathing and massaging my ribs to allow full rib expansion so the muscles are surrounding tissues arent as tight. If this doenst make sense, see a massage therapist and ask them prior if they have experience working on the diaphragm. I hope this helps someone out there. ❤️
It's definitely a tough thing to live with, but know that being (or going) red cannot stop you from doing all the things you want to do in your life! We're in this together my friend! - DMS
I'm so glad I clicked on this video. Thank you Daniel for your advice and kind attitude. I think this is the first time I have actually felt some hope about living with a red flushed face at times.
Hetty, I am so glad to hear that! I hope some of the ideas and strategies work for you! It's not a life sentence, it's just a challenge to overcome. We're in this together!
In middle school, I was singled out in class by a teacher and she really embarrassed me in front of the entire class. my cheeks turned so hot and flushed, i was overcome with emotion. i ended up leaving the classroom. i am still to this day very self conscious about my red cheeks. i still to this day resent that teacher.
Ooh that's rough. Yes I have also had experiences where people would call me out for being red. It's a tough situation to deal with, but remember that nothing anybody else says or thinks can ever stop you from doing what you want to do in life! Red faces unite!
Quinn12346 my story is almost exactly the same as yours...my 7th grade teacher gave out awards at the end of the school year, she gave me the "Blushing award", I resented her too! Everybody else loved her. I did like her, but that "AWARD" gave me anxiety for the rest of my life. BRIGHT rooms always brought on the FEAR. There are certain stores that I shop at now that I feel "more comfortable" in.
What has always made it difficult is that it’s sporadic. There’s never a constant.. makes you always question if your face is red or not.. and sometimes when it isn’t it might feel like it is. For a few years mine went away, but lately it has returned and I haven’t determined what was different. Perhaps diet as you say. I had acne as a teen and wonder if that’s where a lot of this comes from. Thanks for the video.
Tom, it's such a strange condition and I honestly have no idea what causes it. That's why I tried to break it down into as many factors as I could. Glad the video was useful! Hope you find your own solutions, and most of all, remember that others care very little about your red face. It's mostly in your mind, and people love you for who you are! Cheers, DMS
I see it come and go. This morning I woke up with white skin. I had eggs and corn tortillas and some coffee with sugar for breakfast and now my face is very red.
I agree, the never know what kind of face your going to wake up to is maddening. I struggled with acne to the point I had to have accutane twice. Which was good. Then in my late 30s the redness came out of nowhere. So yeah, I never know what I’m going to look like from day to day lol
I suffer from it too, had done since I was a kid, now 32 and it seems to be becoming more of a problem now but I'm trying to find ways of reducing it. my face is much redder than yours in the video. your skin looks brilliant.
Thanks for your comment. I would suggest taking things out of diet one at a time and seeing if there is something causing the irritation. Recently I stopped coffee and tea and have seen a marked improvement in having less redness. So it may be something for you that you don't suspect. I hope that helps, and keep up hope! We're in this together!
Read mu post from firt & maybe 2nd thread. I had this problem when I was young. I felt I couldn't be myself because it was a CONSTANT thought. that wouldn't leave my head.
My face turns red and oily during the day due to the high temperature and humid climate I used to feel so bad especially when people pointed out and told me that they are scared of my skin But I have learnt to accept it and cherish it ❤️❤️❤️
All I gotta say is thank you for this video! 🙏🏼 I live with the fear of getting red any where I go and I feel like that’s actually stopping me from reaching my potential in life.. it’s hard once I start getting anxious and I feel my hands sweating I just know my whole face it’s about to start getting red but I will try to follow up with some of your methods! Thanks!
Luis, I am so glad to hear that it helped.. it's not an easy thing to live with, but remember that there are things you can do to reduce it, and most of all, it can't stop you living the life you want to! - DMS
I suddenly started crying at this moment 9:20 Thank you so much for making this video. I was giving my past experience with bullying, trauma and the comments I received every day a free pass to get into my mind and it really drained me, affecting on anything that I do. I hope for this good spirit that you have installed in me to stay within me forever Again, thank you so much 🙏🏻💓 *sorry if something i've written doesn't make sense, english is not my mother tongue*
You are so welcome! I am glad that I was able to help you. We are all struggling with this together. Remember you are not alone and that you will find ways to overcome this challenge! 😊🙏🏻
Thank you Dan mate honestly I been hating how sensitive and red my face goes for almost a decade of my life now. Glad you posted this video makes me feel a little better lol
Thank you for making this video. I'm 41yo and started getting "red face" within the last five years.I have always believed that the redness is through sun damage. I hate it when people jump to the assumption that the redness is due to having high blood pressure.
Such a helpful video! I’ve never related to someone so closely about this issue before, this definitely makes me feel better about having a red face, knowing that I’m not alone out there. Thank you :)
Have you ever been diagnosed with seb dermatitis? It really looks like mine and I been told I have seb dermatitis. Diet is a massive factor. I wear makeup as well to cover it. I feel much more confident. Awesome video as well. Thanks for sharing with us ❤
Thanks mate, it has completely changed/ruined my life. I am 17 years old and I stopped going outside to see friends like 3 years ago... my face is 10x more red than yours and a much bigger area on my cheeks unfortunately. I’ve tried laser therapy, diets, supplements, acupuncture and much more but nothing seems to help. I wish I had a normal face, so I could go out and live life normally without being held back by my red face :/
My friend, trust me when I say it will get easier. You CAN go outside and do whatever you want, even with red cheeks. People don’t care half as much as you imagine they do. Our own inhibitions are the true enemy. Live you best life despite having a red face! That’s what has worked for me. 🙏🏻🙌🏻
My face is naturally red but having high confidence with daily things helps alot. Noone really cares about it and if someone brings it up just say you have skin issues. Everyone has issues some more visible then others, but it is what it is live with what your born with 😁
Yes! This is an AWESOME way to approach it. You are exactly right that everyone has something they are not happy with about themselves. Accepting being redder than others as part of who you are makes it much easier and people tend to forget it. Thank you for sharing your perspective!
Been looking for this video my whole life! Every day my whole life! Everyone points it out to me constantly. Co workers are always pointing and giggling at me. Had it all through school. Every social interaction or the thought or social interaction has me flushed red... if i could hide in my house forever i would 😢
duuuude. thank you. i feel like i'm the only person at my gym with a red face. i like it on one hand because it makes me feel like i've put in some good effort, but ugh also just not fun to look at haha.
I love your self-confedence I am man and i have red in my face too and after i see your video i am trying to do like you said Your great man... God bless you
I was born with my red face always hot, and I suffered greatly from people's questions and looks, but the only solution to that is self-satisfaction and accepting it as it is and looking at the rest of the positive things in ourselves and we will find that we are in great good, let us be convinced that the redness of the face A blessing from God, and among its positive aspects, we are distinguished from others, We also get free heating in the winter, and we are strong with our distinctive red faces. She is really beautiful. Let us reconcile with her and love her.
I am a naturally red faced mid 50s Celt and for the last year it has got a lot worse and more frequent. Have other symptoms like gut problems and fatigue but after many many tests my doctors can't figure out the cause. I will look into some of the suggestions you made. Thanks mate.
Glad to hear Desmond. At the very least it's important to know it isn't as noticeable to others as you feel on the inside. But yes, let me know how the ideas work. As I mentioned, cutting out coffee has helped me a lot as well. Cheers, DMS
Yes indeed...knowing you're not alone does kind of make each of us feel better....but a red face triggered off and on at random is pure hell for me too. How can alcohol, stress, nicotine, sunlight, allergies, embarrassment, certain foods, sexual attraction, exercise, extreme heat, anxiety, ect ect ect be linked to rosacea and\or facial flushing but no one can really tell anyone the root cause of turning red? It really blows. I look back in photos of my youth and my face looks normal, up until about age 25 my face started turning red off and on aaaaaaaand I'm a 31 year old male now myself. At first I thought it was blood related or hereditary or diet. Then I thought it could be from my past of drinking kinda heavy on the weekends in my early and mid 20's and from chewing tobacco for 10 years. And then haha most recently, this past year or so I thought it was stress, anxiety, and adrenal gland related. To tell all you folks the truth I honestly don't know anymore. No main root cause. For myself now, sometimes it's stress, sometimes it's a certain food, if I'm anxious, if my crush or former crush is in the room or talking to me, if I eat spicy foods or anything with vinegar in it (and I use to LOVE spicy things when I was younger), if there's an extreme temperature change usually heat like 80 degs or higher, direct sunlight sometimes but not every time I'm in the sun, sometimes I can turn red just from a thought or like you said from someone else telling me that I look red....that makes me even more red. I'm trying to not dwell on it so much and just accept my new mid-life face crisis ha and just really try and be myself but it is hard. ~~~~~~ And sorry this is so long, but I really wanted others to know the details incase somebody else is dealing with similar issues. WE ARE NOT ALONE MY SISTERS AND BROTHERS! LET'S ALL GO KICK SUM BUTT!
@@hanban12375 It’s secondary to my Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. It doesn’t effect me nearly as much as I’ve seen in some others though. I think it’s worth looking into if you’re having the symptoms described in this video.
Thank you so much for this video!! I’ve always struggles with having red cheecks and nose. It bothers me a lot in my day to day life. These methods are so helpful!☺️
Anyone else face goes really red when they just doing the basic things like going to the shop, getting a haircut it's so annoying every thing I do in public my face gets red and sometimes sweat too easily, and certainly it's worse in the summer
Yep I have definitely been there my friend. The more you work in your emotional life the better you will feel and the less red you will become. Trust me, it gets better over time. 🙏🏻
I love this video!! I've had red skin all my life and I'm starting a new job at an office soon and little worried about it. Thank you for making this and I'm going to try some of the tips you've suggested. Trying to improve my diet lately to help mostly. I think what you say is right about people not caring is true. The longer I watched this video the less and less I even noticed any redness on you and generally wouldn't even matter to me. But we are our own worst critic's of course. I'm trying to find different perspectives that help as well. Thank you Daniel for making this video :)
Thank you for this video. This video is exactly what I needed. I googled how to help red face and what I got out of this video has been so much more. Helping confidence and not alone.
So glad to hear that Alysha! It's a tough thing to deal with on your own, so know that there are lot of us out there who deal with the same situation. No matter how hard it feels, you will find a solution! Hang in there, and keep us posted 🙏🏻
Thanks for making this video mate. I’m 29 years old and red face sufferer. I also have seborrheic dermatitis mixed in there which causes it. I’ve found so many things can trigger it and it’s really disheartening. I work as a teacher so I get comments quite frequently which never make you feel good. I even noticed when I played pool for a few hours the other night, because a lot of people were smoking near me, it really irritated my face and made it red. (I don’t smoke myself). I’ll take all you’ve said on board and hopefully it settles down and hope yours does too 👍🏼
@@midsonshort Yes I did the same. Cutting coffee and high sugar foods has also seemed to reduce the redness. When did the whole redness thing start for you?
My face has been getting so red it starts looking purple. I can accept I have a red face, but I will try these things to tone it down. Red faces unite!
Having rosacea as a female has its challenges I must say. Like you, I have received the same types of comments, my go-to reply is “it's just how I'm wired”. That seems to do the trick!
Let me be honest to you guys.Whenever in my family someone wants to describe a good colour, they say "he was soo fair and red".Wow! He was so wonderful!❤
I'm a 49 year old Irish guy and I suffer from this. Gym,hot drinks, hot, cold weather embarrassment I just get red for no reason. It has really impacted on my life and I seem like a social outcast. I tried many SSRIS and recently Propranolol which seems to help slightly. Lab series oil control also keeps the redness down. Good video mate 👍
Same here my face gets hot and a bit sweaty in doing the basic things like going to the shop, getting a haircut.. it's hard to live a normal life.. I find it challenging getting jobs because my face gets like this in interviews, so frustrating I don't know what I ever done to deserve this I feel miserable most of the time
Hey man, just thought I’d comment as I’m also a fellow Evertonian, from Irish stock. From Liverpool but dads family are all from Kilkenny. Also suffering from chronic red face, maybe being an Everton fan is the cause haha. Hope yours improves mate 👍🏼
What i would do is shave your beard and find any type of moisturizer that smooths the skin and soothes it try to find something that makes your face cold like cool it down or use ice cubes and just try to leave it on for days and not go outside and see if it actually helps
I have red cheeks permanently, not just when I’m stressed or when I’m in the sun. It’s just red 24/7, at first I thought it was Rosacea but I’m not too sure
Sorry to hear that! I am right there with you, and all I can say is keep trying new remedies, and remember that even with a red face you are able to do all the things you want. It can't stop you living your best life! 👊🏻
Thanks for this video man, im 22 year old man and I got so insecure about my red skin in photos and stuff. Thanks for sharing these tips and knowledge! Much love!
Yesterday i went ice skating and started to turn a bit purple, that’s how bad mine gets, I love when ppl point out and stare, it just makes me feel even better abt myself 😑😜
turning red and being “shy” completely controlled my life even tho im the most likeable person in the room, the thing that worked for me is get a motorcycle license, buy a harley 😂
In my opinion you definitely covered the main factors. Something else I do for myself is I will massage my face, I have a sonicator and sometimes I do lymph rolling. I think inflammatory agents (like cathelicidin LL-37 protein fragments, which are created by a mild genetic malfunction) get trapped and conglomerate in the interstitial fluid of the skin on your face, and then they have trouble getting flushed out by your lymphatic system and in the end expelled as waste because of that. So when you massage it, it may make your face more red initially because you are breaking down the conglomerated agents and increasing the surface area that tends to react poorly with your skin, but if you drink a lot of fluid and massage it so that it flushes down the lymph ducts along your neck and temples, the redness will improve. That's just my hypothesis about what is going on, but in any case the massaging consistently improves my complexion so I'd say it works for me.
@@bananomet4052 Unfortunately this is my own personal experimentation, but there are papers on the connection between rosacea and malformed cathelicidin LL-37, which is an antimicrobial protein. Immunological triggers (such as sun damage, heat, allergens, or any inflammatory factors) will cause the production of this protein, but since it is malformed (due to a “mild” genetic malfunction) it is sensitive to fragmentation. The protein fragments are inflammatory agents that irritate your skin and can conglomerate together, and the reactions they have with your facial tissue progressively deteriorate your lymphatic system and lead to worsening of symptoms.
Hey Daniel thank you for this video! I have a natural red face, I have to deal with that every time..but the real problem is the flushing, i can't control that and my face become really scary..and i mean that..so i really can't keep your mindset, because every time that happens is an umiliation for me and i totally wasted my life for this Sorry for the bad eng
I turned 18 today lol and here I am. Anyways, I hate coffe and never drink it, i exercise. Im a female. I am so red on my face all the time, and gets worse when Im in the sun, exercise, walking, strssed or anything. Snd I hate it!! Im so extremely pale too, snd then my face is all like red!
me too i have this problem. and i live in a very hot island with a lot of sun. i noticed when i travel to cold climes, this problem goes away. very good advises and i would like to add also, ayurveda helped me a for this problem. i used to eat a lot of lemon in my diet, and for my type in ayurveda, lemon brings fire in the body, as also alcohol, hot spices. but when we live in a place that is very hot, the problem will always be there. we can only help it, we must mooved in a cold clime.
thank you also to you. actually this days i started homeopathy for this problem, and i am better, i am taking the homeopathic glonoine for 10 days, and after the homeopathic bella donna for other ten days. both are for people with this problem of redness in the face
Prior to my disease, I had a face looking straight from a model magazine, never had to wash it. Skin always looked perfect, I am 28yo btw. That changed 2 years ago. Suffering from a very nasty form of redness with papules and ALOT of pustules. Doctors have no idea what to do with it. I tried everything possible. Recently I started to look within, instead of just focusing on the skin. Three weeks ago I started gluten free diet and it helped tremendously. Mainly with pustules, but I am still red-ish. What also helped me was apple cider vinegar mixed with water to clean my face and then apply sulfur powder. I also stopped washing my hair with chemical shampoos and body with shower gels. Instead i just use a soap. Right now I only have about 3 pustules on my face and that is mainly due to the damn face mask requirment and redness receded by about 50%. There must be something else I am missing to cure myself completely apart from gluten intolerance.
Sorry to hear that! I can imagine how painful and emotionally draining it must be to have to deal with it. It sounds like you are figuring out ways to make it better. Keep at it, and keep your spirits up! We're in this together!! - DMS
@@midsonshort Hey mate, reporting back and I got some new intel, which might help you. So 2 days after the original comment I started using powder with sulphur alcali daily and Nizoral shampoo (bceause I started suspecting yeast infection) and it cleared my skin by about 40% also putting an end to the papule/pustule breakouts. 2 days ago I was reporting back after 6 months at my dermatologist and she prescribed me DoxyHEXAL antibiotics 2x per day and Belakne cream 1x per day at night. After just 2 days of using the cream and ATB the redness reduced by about 90% and I can see my old self again when I look into the mirror. It is a miracle and it was also the last hope for me and it worked (fingers crossed I will finally put this behind me) Try talking to your dermatologist! PS: I don't drink coffee, alcohol, smoke cigarettes, eat gluten, refined sugar and dairy products. On the other hand I started eating alot of fish, legumes and fruit. I think half of the success was eating healthy and the other half was helping my body with ATB's.
@@bananomet4052 interesting! Im suffering from facial redness for a year now. Im 19. Im using a cream called mirvaso. It helps a little, but without it i dont dear to go to school. It sucks but im fighting thru it. In my case diet does not play a role, however i eat very healhy. I have tried a lot, even ipl laser but its not working. My redness is just getting worse and worse
@bananaomet I had similar problems and went to see an allergist and turns out I developed an allergy to baby shampoo that I was using on top of having the red facial condition. Hope this helps and praying for us. ❤️ Edit: I am also trying dairy free and dupixent
The majority of people will not even notice it unless you point it out to them. Unless people watch you all the time, they will be the ones to point it out because they are obsessed. Some people would be like "No, he doesn't go red". Then when they watch they would be like "Oh yeah, I guess he does." We hate it when it happens to us. It makes us feel uncomfortable. It can heighten anxiety and pressures from those around us. It only makes ME very uncomfortable when it happens, others don't seem to care. I have been bullied and laughed at for it. Standing in front of the class in college or even walking past a group of bosses at work. The ones I have stories about and which happens a lot are around women. In my late teens early twenties it would happen when I always worked with this one girl. Then the other girls began to notice and would try to get me to go red. Then the jealousy among the girls started. As self conscious and anxious it made me, it was even worse for them. "Why does he go red around that girl and not me? Am I not pretty enough?" There's a Bible verse "My strength is made perfect in weakness". Well, during those years let's just say I found myself getting 'lucky' with women from work and it turned out to be a strength for me! I'm in my mid 30s now and I don't go after women I work with anymore. I don't advocate to use your "weakness" like this, but just be aware that it does have the ability to drive women absolutely crazy and jealous among each other. So try to take the bullying and jokes with a grain of salt. This problem for me comes and goes in seasons. I'll go years on and off with this problem but it seems it has reared it's ugly head yet again in my mid 30's. I'm currently wrestling with this. Thanks for sharing this video.
Thank you for this honest and informative video. I knew a lot of the information already, but the caffeine component is new to me and could be a challenge for me to quit!
What I hate the most is when people tell me about a magic cream for my rosacea that actually has a lot of irritants. I’m very sensitive so I keep my skincare limited to fragrance free moisturizer and basic cleanser. But I have family always pushing me these products that I know will irritate my skin.
Maybe find a cream that helps such as Qv or Cerave If you Know them because I use them all the time and it helps eventually even though it May irritate your skin but those brands are for people with red faces
Hi! Saw your comment about coffee - I actually have wondered about that too. For me it comes on worse if I’m stressed or has too much caffeine during the day. Curious if it has to do with blood vessels or hydration. I’ve also had a lot of success with reducing skin reactivity through cutting down on alcohol. I grew up getting bright red from working out and blushing from social situations. I dread the day when someone will comment on my face at work; I struggle most with getting red if the spotlight is on me. I am scared to even get married or give presentations in person because of it, sadly. It helps to hear you encouraging people to just accept it and not be so hard on ourselves. I’ve also felt a little less self-loathing when I tell people it happens to me; it normalizes it a bit more. Some people blush, some sweat or stutter.
As a youngster my face flushed easily when I get embarrassed. As a young adult my face flushed upon consuming alcohol. Through 23andMe I learned I have an ALDH2 deficiency. My body can’t digest alcohol properly and a big side effect is a red face along with a headache and nausea. As I get older I notice a bad diet, especially if I eat too much sugar, affects the redness in my face. More and more I seem to rely on rest and good diet to control it.
That's very interesting! I definitely have a redder face when I drink beer or drink coffee. I think everyone has their own dietary issues that affect how red their face gets. Glad that you are discovering ways to reduce it for yourself :)
The first video after so much surfing ...which I found was full of positivity..I thing the best thing which I saw today..lots of love and respect for uuu❤️❤️
There are a lot of over the counter "chemicals" and essential oils that calm rosacea -- sulfer, azelaic acid, aloe, etc. Look for skincare products with these ingredients or that specifically say they are designed for "sensitive skin".
My redness is very patchy and blotchy, starts in my chest and goes up to my neck, and people have freaked out thinking I'm having a severe allergic reaction.
@@dorisw2507 Yes it might just be the way your body naturally reacts. I find that if I follow a healthier diet and reduce alcohol and caffeine I am a lot less red these days. I hope you find your own solutions and some solace along the way. We are here to support each other through this!
The best method is to ignore it (hard I know) but it will go down naturally. It’s a wave, usually by being overwhelmed. But if anything think of it as an added feature to who you are. You are HOT 😂
I feel you man, the worst thing is i just can't hide it, i buy sunscreen and it make it worse xd i was like burning, for woman it's okey but when you're male it's so hard, i buy some rosacea cream but nothing works for me.. sorry for my english.
I feel you too, my man. It's important to remember that even though you think it's a big deal, it can't stop you from doing what you want to do in life. No more than being sunburned will stop you, being red-faced won't stop you either.
Hey you provably have very reacyive skin like I do. After using a lot of products, i've found the right moisturiser and sunscreen that wont make redness worse. The sunscreen even helps a little bit conceal the redness. Got them from the UK but i csn recommend them if you msg/reply.
Wow... That's not too bad, I only try to run at night when noone can see me, I look like I'm ready to explode after 30 min cardio... I've given up gym, fitness classes.. sun, wind, frost, shyness, embarrassment, alcohol, spicy food, heat over 26 degrees, literally anything triggers my face to go red!!!!!!! Ugh!!!!!
