Hey can you help when I go to all folders and android and data it's not saying failure it's just showing me files and there's no request access

Some reason when I do the same still says I need some sort code

I can't do this because is so my VR died and then it broke without me even doing anything so when it died it broke so yeah I can't do this

I love the straight to it but this no longer works. Bought one this May. I'm really good with this stuff. Firesticks,programming computers & such. I have tried this numerous times even with factory reset. I have seen this before,so I will be patient. A way around will happen. First night I spent 5 hrs straight trying to get the side quest apppak file to download its blocked! File grays out. No more search box click for the unknown resources either. Not On my device but my nephews that he was given last yr does. Either way you are appreciated. Thank you.
