I have tried 3 tutorials on this and I had no success. NOW, thanks to this excellent tutorial, I've finally got Sidequest on my headset. Thank for a clear and clean "how to" video. Thank you for your time recording, editing and publishing this. Truly grateful.

im not even joking when i say this. this tutorial was better than sidequests own tutorial. it was so simple and easy to follow, i tried 5 TIMES before this. i just wanna say if you need to get side quest this is what you should watch. sharing to my friend who wants side quest.

I’m going insane I have dev mode on I have restarted my headset about 20 times and the menu STILL doesn’t pop up

The screen did not pop uo for the restart thing and download i restarted my headset like 7 times and it still not show i need help

It tells me to verify I’m human and makes me download opera gx or pay 1 dollar for USA Today when I try to download

When I click downloads in cx file explorer it dosent load or do anything

This worked for me a bit ago, but now that I need to reinstall it it asks me to complete offers to verify I’m human, and the offers either cost money or don’t work

Honestly I just needed mods but I don’t have android nor a PC. I searched my issue up expecting to see absolutely no results. I saw this. The title looked real so I clicked on it. I have developer mode on but it still says standalone hmd not oculus quest

this is hands down the BEST tutorial i have ever seen not only did you stick with your word with the fact that you don't need a pc like all the tutorials who say you don't need a pc but like 5mins they tell you to join there discord server to download something you need a pc for and the fact that you have a soul when you talk intend of the bland voice of every one has making a tutorial and i love the fact that you have a little tails that represents you it just brings so much life into the video making it so much better to watch and the easy to follow instructions and the fact that you were able to get cx file explorer with no pc is just so impressive

This here video just FINALLY showed me after a full year of having my quest 2 how to actually download it🤦🏾 what a LIFESAVER😭 everything else was too complicated😢

P.S In mobile vr station, If it doesn’t show quest 2 and instead shows something like “standalone hdm..” then just continue with the video because it still works

if ur going to turn on dev mode on your phone why dont you just get side quest on your phone? its just as easy.

Its not working i am stuck on the downloads it wont let me expand i have restarted my headset 4 times. Edit: i forgot to say this but i accidentally clicked cancel and now when i try to get the pop up again it doesnt work and just makes my screen darker for a moment im so mad i have been trying to do this for an hour im gonna explode.
