Sir Musty yeah that's very true, I hate to say it but particularly when it comes to females and any of the beauty grew type channels, I think it is super difficult for us because of the jealousy factor, no one really wants to help each other out people are really envious of your success
I strongly agree as well. I've seen people that started RU-vid just for the money and aren't even excited in their videos, and I've also seen people who are actually energetic in their videos, and post content for enjoyment.
I don't mind being at the bottom as a musician right now I love it for the audience not for the money but I do have a challenge if he will play one of my songs while he plays the first person shooter game whoever 10,000 views and is the 10,000 viewer for when a custom Pv predator guitar
As someone who just started uploading this year, this is so uplifting. No gears, still learning on how to edit but I feel proud because I love making videos.
Way to go, I'm an even smaller channel than yours but I really enjoy making weird videos with absolutely no gears at all and a cheap computer which crashes a lot 🥴.
T-Alo Music its kinda funny how much this comment means to me and how many times i watched this one video because its a nice reminder to simply be me and have fun so others can too👌😅
For anyone just starting their journey on RU-vid, keep going! My favorite piece of advice is “what if it could turn out far better than you can even imagine…” YOU GOT THIS! 👏
I've been a big fan of yours for about 8 years now, I still watch you, I still love you so much and now I'm planning to start making RU-vid videos. I used to watch you for entertainment and now in addition to that, you're also inspiring me as a creator and helping me with my new career. You'll always be one of the best creators ever in my opinion, very genuine, inspiring and fun to watch. Thank you so much for all of that, Pewds ♥️
After not uploading for years and just now starting back up again, I forgot how Amazing it feels to be happy with a video that you made. At first I wanted to "make it" on youtube but now as long as I enjoy and and am happy with the videos that I make, thats all that I care about. It'll be fun to look back at my channel down the road and still enjoy the memories that I've made with my friends. ❤😭
The one and only thing you have to do to succeed on youtube, is respect wamen. Pewdiepie is the nr. 1 wamen respecter, therefore he is the nr. 1 youtuber.
i think at the end of the day being able to have fun and make content you really love is what motivates a lot of great content creators! love how felix's advice still hits hard after 3 years
3 years later and this is the video I needed to hear to know I’m in the right direction and on the right path. I love you PewDiePie. I fell off of your videos after the T series thing and haven’t watched any in forever but you were always my favorite RU-vidr.
Really liked this vid, thanks PewDiePie. I wasn't even looking for vids like this but it just ended up on my recommended and I ended up watching since I'm just starting my YT, guess this might be a sign lmao.
Out of all the videos I watched its the first one that ever mentions the uniqueness of being able to interact with the performer or creators that you are watching directly and that's really in my opinion the true uniqueness of this whole thing, I just started so I watched tons of videos to hear advice but in the end I'm just going to do it my way and if it works or fails either way it will by my way. Great perspective you gave me thanx!!
All I can say is WOW! The principles mentioned in the video are timeless. I am just starting out myself, and much of what you said confirmed my own thoughts going into this. THANK YOU for taking the time to make the video!!
'Every youtuber has a lifespan" The main reason why Felix is still relevant to this day is because he is so genuine. And we all know that, regardless of his opsie doopsie poopsies.
When i first saw the title i thought the vid was a joke, then i played it and i couldnt stop thinking about how cute he is and how open-minded he is. I really like seeing him talking from his heart and giving advice to people who really need it
True.....Honestly, I feel like he doesn't get enough credit for how genuine he is. Love him or hate him, it's clear that he still cares about RU-vid and wants to keep a connection with fans. I think it's cool to see how he grew over the years.
I really enjoyed your RU-vid video tips from this year frame. They have been popping up on my feed recently . I just want to say Thankyou for the tips and facts! +also Don’t give up guys! All the people with channels out there, just keep grinding. Remain yourself & have fun making your content💯 Everything will work out in the end
Yeah, I always enjoy Felix's rare videos where instead of being willfully goofy, or just doing some straight gameplay, he talks seriously and passes along interesting info and/or life experience.
that advance technic should be under how to increase view count. or how to make clickbait video. I am sure there are many people who create an article that can be used as a reference. but people won't stay long as pewd mention.
You can dislike him for whatever reason but don’t forget he was streaming 7 years ago and happy with 100 subs he worked so hard to get to this level. My tip is stay motivated if you take too many breaks your never gonna get anywhere.
Thank you 🙏🏼 this really is good advice! I just started my channel last week and have been overwhelmed with what to do next. So this is super helpful 🙏
This really hits me home, I truly wish i tried my best and work harder, but a wise man once said: "You can't go back and change the beginning, but you can start at where you are and change the ending" . Now that i know about it, I'll try my best and never learn from my mistakes. Good luck everyone.
And i forgot to mention. Thank you so much pewds from this inspirational and motivational video. I just re-watched again after 4 years, Because before I couldn't comprehend it, Hence I've return back at this very video of yours. No wonder why pewds is successful I just admire the sheer will power Felix has. And again, good luck to everyone.
I was struggling for a while, started following your tips on this video. Now here I am a year later. With a Check mark next to my username. Thanks so much Felix. This actually was wonderful advice.
Pewdiepie (literally the King of RU-vid): I don't know everything. I may be wrong, takes this with a grain of salt. Other RU-vidrs on the topic: Guys, listen to me. I know this shit like I know yo mama.
From a small RU-vid channel, thanks so much for this PewDiePie, it helped a lot. Also, I love your way of expressing yourself and your honesty. I send you the very best wishes! 💖
At first, I started simply because it was fun to make videos, but as subscribers gathered faster than I thought, there is a pressure to do well and make videos that people like. Thank you for your realistic and sincere advice 👍
I strongly agree as well. I've seen people that started RU-vid just for the money and aren't even excited in their videos, and I've also seen people who are actually energetic in their videos, and post content for enjoyment.
Does anyone know how I can link my bank account to youtube so that I can get paid or how do I get paid for youtube not that I have started properly yet
This video was awesome! I love that it had structure and it was just you talking directly to the viewer. I don't intend on becoming a youtuber but I love that someone influential has actually laid out some basic steps for the people who want to make it big. Well done Felix:)
I love your Chao profile picture!!! I used to play Sonic Adventure 2 Battle all the time, JUST for the chao! Sadly, I ended up losing interest, but now I'm really wanting to go back to it some time.
Tons of great advice that's not just saying "be yourself" I've been trying to motivate myself to get started and I kept getting stuck on the "I need to get my setup better" step. Really I was just nervous to start editing and put myself out there. Here's to first tries and many failures ahead 🤞
I just started my channel and I've been watching Felix for years. he's a really good guy with good intentions and he's a huge inspiration for me to start this huge journey and so is Jacksepticeye. The community is fantastic and I'm eager to hopefully become a good influencer in the youtube industry. Thanks a lot for the tips pewds, I'll keep supporting you through thick and thin 😊
I watched this when I was 13 when my channel was pretty much just starting, it inspired me a lot, I built my channel to something decent. I stopped uploading for a while tho cuz I had too much going in life. Now I'm watching this again at 18 cuz I have time and energy to start my channel back up. U talked about a lot of things I don't hear anyone else mention. It was really helpful, thanks dawg
