Love basketball content, as an older dude(39) I’m trying to gain my athleticism back I have lost mostly cuz I switch to become a runner running 6+miles 4-5x/wk plus just lifting to maintain strength reducing injuries from repetitive movements. How do we as coaches handle athletes with that diagnoses, in terms of programming, why we possible communicate, and planning the athlete's training and progress?
