Love basketball content, as an older dude(39) I’m trying to gain my athleticism back I have lost mostly cuz I switch to become a runner running 6+miles 4-5x/wk plus just lifting to maintain strength reducing injuries from repetitive movements. I got that itch to hoop more often like I did pre 2020. Great video!

I have a daughter going into 9th. She plays volleyball,basketball and she will be a thrower (jav,disc) in Field and Track. What is the best way to train for an athlete that is extremely busy?

Focus on her recovery time. Extremely busy could be a detriment or lead to injury

I need more shirts, so i better comment, and might as well ask a question. Hear a few months ago, there is an over representation of people with ADHD/ADD. How do we as coaches handle athletes with that diagnoses, in terms of programming, why we possible communicate, and planning the athlete's training and progress?
