@@arthritisadventurehello, how do I do these exercises when I’m stuck in bed! I’m suffering from this end stage OA because my stupid doctor didnt care to tell me I have OA years ago when symptoms were just mild and I still had a chance to prevent my OA from getting worse! My doctor is a negligent doctor!! What do I do now? I can’t get out of bed! 🥹🥹,! Can you help me with any advice on what I should do please! I’m waiting for a PT to come help me start walking again! And I failed to mention that I’m obese too!
You're the best! I can't afford to go to the doctor all the time, so God sent me to your video, and I can see the difference in one week. You're truly working in your gift. You brought a blessing back into my 60 yrs old active life. God bless always. You totally ROCK!!!
You do so great! Your energy and enthusiasm, the ease of your explanation, and your ability to "teach" which is probably the most important ability for a PT to possess. Thank you for the sheer generosity of your sharing your gifting, your knowledge, and your time. 💕💕💕
I'm from Malaysia, I had knee pain for almost 5 months, after seeing the tips given by Dr. Alyssa on RU-vid, many positive changes in my knee within a month. thank you doctor because you have helped a lot of people who suffer from joint pain.❤
I'm getting a right knee replacement this spring. Then months later, the left knee too. My OA is pretty advanced, but I will continue to strengthen my hips. Tfs. ❤
U are awesome! I APPRECIATE IMMENSELY how u educate as u demonstrate movements!! Additionally u provide what to do and why u need to move side to side and back joints along with hips!! EXCELLENT video! Thank u soo mucj❤❤❤
Thank you so much for all your help! I’ve had RA for 33 years and am at the point i can hardly walk but your exercises are so awesome! We love you! ⭕️❌😊
Enjoying your videos. You have a gift! I’m have osteoporosis and osteoarthritis of lower back, diagnosed IS joint syndrome that I’m treating with conservative treatment after your videos. I had epidural cortisone shots in my lower back last week for the first time in my life (I’m 73 now). I’ve always had these issues (as a former marathoner and active lifestyler) but at this point In life, I’m not as nimble as I used to be. I’m pretty much a Type A type, so everything has to be fast. So, all this is very frustrating. A quick solution for me, therefore, is to practice your moves with the Electric Slide track in my head! Also, I liken the moves to the chancha! Dance is another great love of mine. I’ll have to skip actual Zumba class for now though as I don’t want to be carried away!❤. Just some 💭 thoughts!
Thank you. Just completed a series of knee exercises with a young NHS physio. He ONLY concentrated on quads strengthening which I was a little surprised about but you don't want to appear ungrateful, so didn't say anything!
Would appreciate if you could actually show the various knee exercises to help alleviate knee pain issues. Something which addresses frontal pain or back of the knee pain .
It's easy to say because you did not have an accident that becomes authritis, I'm trying my best but it's hurts when I move, so I just slow down exercise.
