How to... Get the Cannibalistic Mutation 

Here's how to unlock the 'Cannibalistic' Mutation in The Isle's Hordetest
EDIT: As of July 17th 2024 there is now a cooldown timer on respawn locations.
This video features an exploit that is now largely impossible due to this cooldown timer. I feel that this is a good addition to the game, as my method of attaining cannibalistic (jumping off cliff near spawn, respawning) was a genuine exploit. I will leave this video in place because I think it can still give players a sense of how much meat to eat in order to unlock this particular mutation.
