I've been trying the same track for a week now for repetition, but I notice my brain is now kind of knowing what is going to be said next so the hypnosis feels a little on autopilot. Is that OK? It feels like there are two parts of me, one that consciously knows what is going to be said or happen next, and the other trying to feel into each word. Is that OK and still a sign it is registering?

Hi :) That is perfect :) It is exactly what you want. Keep going for a bit longer. An other few weeks. If you have to take a day off or some how do not do it one day, its fine just keep going :)

I try to be consistent but after a few days I get bored listening to the same video. How to solve this problem? Maybe I need to find similar sessions?

Can I work on multiple targets at once or is it best to do one video at a time for the 3-6 weeks?

Ok so it depends. If you are working on your self worth say … it is like an umbrella term for many things. If we have low self worth it can lead to things like people pleasing, saying yes when we mean no, having low self confidence... if you are working on an issue like that, then as long as you are heading in the same direction with what you are doing then it is fine to mix it up. If you specifically know that people pleasing is the issue, then I would work just on that for 3 - 6 weeks and the whole point of hypnotherapy is to shorten the time we are working on something. So, pay attention to how you are doing and the changes, and it may not take that long. I hope that makes sense, its always so much easier to say these things that to write it out lol.

I often find when Im hypnosis I always try and force images instead of just letting images come! any suggestions?

All I can suggest is to simply listen and let things come to you. It may take a moment or two, and it is different for everyone, some people do not visualize at all, they just think about it, for some people it all just feelings. So you can not get it wrong. The main thing is not to try lol :)
