@@mikeinjap Wow, are you serious so there is no point in stacking your money into a Japanese bank. Here in CA I am earning (no risk) on CDs of 4.50%. Yes, can do better with US ETFs. Every interesting with the Japanese banking system. Wonder how's China rate?
