How to get through what you are going through 2 - Sorrow: Getting Through Life's Losses 

I appreciate the message Pastor Rick gave. I stopped listening to John Hagee because in one of his sermons he said, "Are you grieving over the loss of a loved one? Get over it!" I wondered if he ever experienced such a moment.

So true you dont get over grief you just learn to manage it.Blessings to all 😢

Bless you all. I've not long lost my 12 year old boy after his lifetime of intensive care. Nothing will ever be the same. But thank you Lord, my boy is free from his restrictions.

I’m so glad I’ve stumbled across your sermons Pastor Rick. I’ve lost my way over the years and you are helping me get back on track with my relationship with God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit.

So thankful for your message lost my daughter to Melanoma Cancer, it is a mean cancer, but I know she’s in Heaven with my parents.

One point i disagree with. Animals do have emotions, they do grieve. Elephants will have funerals for example. My dogs didnt eat for 3 days after one of the pack died. They were visibly sad for about 3 weeks. Animals have souls (emotions, a will) BUT they DON'T have a SPIRIT. God breathed His SPIRIT into man but not into animals. This spirit is what separates us from the animals .

God grieves with me because I was created in the image of God. Awesome Grace and Mercy.

I lost my daughter since I separated with her dad twenty years ago. I have kept Praying that God Will restore my. Relationship between my daughter and me. Believe God will heal and show me his salvation. In the name of Jesus, Amen!

Animals grieve too. My dog went to depression for two months after losing her brother to accident.

God grives with me

I lost my mom a few years back and now my dads dying. I’m only 37. I feel like i’m being abandoned. Just being left all alone. Its consuming me.

I have lost my childhood which I rarely had. I have lost my youth when I was rarely accepted. I have lost my marriage which never happened because I was never good enough. I have lost my mother who was the only person on earth who loved me. I have lost all reason and desire to live a normal life. But God won't turn back time, so my lost is eternal.

Thank you for being so selfless as to teach from the depths of despair and pain. I am in excruciating physical pain 24/7. No medication works. This message on sorrow has let me know that I can scream to God in pain. I did not think I could. I felt that I should only be going to him in faith for healing.
