I participated to the dv lottery 2023 with my high school degree but i’m graduating now on nursing (Bachelor degree in another country). I will ne graduating in at least 3 months. If i win the lottery can i pursue my studies in this área of nursing in usa? I would like to work there as a nurse and study,or should i look for another type of visa or a schoolarship? I thought your video would help but it turned in Quarel But anyway it tried to help me But the funders should change their mindset on funding master programs I have not seen any impact caused by this people who attain masters in outside countries they only want promotions in their countries after that they sit back. To make it worse they HAD poor education background so how expect such a man to cause an impact in home country I would think someone could be given good background of education at undergraduate level then later he can afford to pay his masters and comes back to his home country Immagine someone given scholarship for undergraduate in USA and he comes back to his home country and may be adds another paper of lecturing in his home country don't you think he can cause big impact in whole university where thousands of students graduate THINK ABOUT IT
