Hello, pls help me. when I've been invited by a friend in Canada, can I use it to apply for permanent visa. Or when I apply for a tourist visa and I over stayed, what will the consequences on the the person who invited me.
No, you cannot use an invitation letter to apply for PR. There are shouldn't be any consequences for anyone who invites you if you overstay. I don't know of a offense that exists for that.

She sends that to you, then you submit it with your visitor visa application and proof of your plan to leave Canada after you visit. That's in normal times. Canada's border is pretty much closed right now.

An invitation letter isn't required but it helps. Without an invitation letter you need to do an extra good job of proving you will return to China. You apply online, by the way.

You have to write the letter if you are inviting him. He doesn't write the letter. And no, you don't have to include people in the letter who are not coming.
Invitation are for visitor visas, not for immigrating. You cannot immigrate to Canada if you merely have visitor status in Canada. Visitor status is not considered a path to immigration. If you qualify for PR otherwise, you still need to leave the country to "land".

Sorry for the late reply. When did you submit your application? The process shouldn't take more than one calendar year normally, and it sounds like yours is proceeding normally.
A visa invitation letter is a letter from a private citizen or resident in Canada inviting you. There's no "processing time" unless the person needs to get it notarized and that notary cannot do it at the moment they give it to them.

If you don' have an invitation letter you should have to apply for your temporary resident visa without it. You will need to prove that you will return home after your trip. Also, now is not a good time to apply for a visitor visa, for obvious reasons.
If you just want to visit - when the pandemic is more under control - they need to send you an invitation letter as described in this video or at the link in the description. So... She cannot sponsor you, only invite you, as she is not yet a permanent resident. You can indeed marry her in Canada once you are here. Once you are married, you can apply for an open work permit as the spouse of an international student, but it may not be approved, given how you went about this process.
A visitor visa? You won't get one right now. Once the border is open: if you know someone in Canada, you need an invitation letter as described in this video. If you don't know anyone, you have to do a better job than normal of proving you will return to Greece after your trip.

Someone needs to be responsible for your expenses, whether it is your aunt (she would state as much in the invitation letter) or your parents at home, or another family member. If you cannot prove the funds you have to afford the trip, your visa will be refused.

I tried applying for a few schools. However the application is a lot for an international student. Is it not possible to gain entry through invitation from an organization, event or church etc, enabling me to apply for visitors visa????

Write an invitation letter and send it to your friend. You may need to get it notarized. Once your friend has the letter, they can apply fora visitor visa (temporary residence visa). They will need to prove they will return home after the visit.
