How to get what you want in link trades | Pokemon Let's Go 

When I was trying to look for an Alolan Sandshrew to get in a trade in exchange for my 2nd Alolan Vulpix, I accidently clicked 'accept' when someone offered a Chansey. So I purposely interrupted this trade and now it's telling me to wait a while before I can trade again. So how long do I have to wait? How long is this 'while'? I mean it's already been weeks since this started. If anyone else experienced this and know how long it you have to wait until you're able to trade again, please reply the answer here and help me.

EVERYONE WHO REPLIED ASKING FOR A EKANS the way i got the ekans is i asked someone for the ekans and the guy who did it was such an amazing person and they traded me for it so my advice is ask people for it if they wasnt a pokemon in return for it then catch that one and trade if not follow the instructions in the video ty so much :)

Here's a question for you about trading, I own both games of let's go and I know that certain Pokemon evolve when traded, but I only own one switch and don't know anyone who I can trade with, so my question is how/can I trade with just one system or do I need two? I also own the ultra games for 3ds but bought another 3ds to trade with myself for Alakazam. (For it's megaevolution) P.S, I ask because I watched an episode of Austin St John plays the other day, and he did a traditional nuzlock for the Pikachu game and in his game he caught a Kadabra and evolved it into an Alakazam from his room by himself. Unfortunately his Alakazam got K.Oed by Geovani's Persion's slash attack in the game center in Celedon city, (sorry for the bad spelling BTW) but the point is he evolved it by himself and even told us he did so to, so again can I trade with only one switch system or do I need two?🤔
