From you guys' awesome contributions here in the comment section, I was able to gather that: * The average player, doing dailies every day, should get to Inter-knot Level 30 in about 7 days, or 18-20 hours of play. The time is similar for when you are able to hit pity on Ellen's Banner (limited unit). ** If you rush the content, skip cutscenes, do all of the main story that way, some players have recorded being able to not only reach inter-knot level 30, but get to pity in the Ellen Banner as quick as 2-3 days. Rerolls in this game take a gooood while if you're trying to hit the free 100 pulls all the time. Thank you to all the amazing commentors that helped me out with this data. I just reached level 30 as a f2p today but I played for 2 days non stop after the game came out so Ill say it will take like a week for avg players to reach level 30 who play like around 2 hours daily

While it's not magically making anything better, one thing to note is that, unlike Star Rail, the "Early High Tier Unit" from the 50 pulls are part of the 300 pulls to get the selector. In Star Rail, those were two banners, and you had to get 300 additional standard banner pulls. Here you'll get your first 50 for the price of 40, so instead of needing 340 total tickets, you'll only need 290 total reels. Assuming ZZZ manages to keep a similar free pull pace as Star Rail, you'll get to that selector sliiiiightly earlier. This is a good change, hopefully we'll see more. im new to mihoyo games but after seeing how pulls work i'm not spending anything on this game. it's insanely brutal and i don't think spending 20 dollars would even get me anywhere. I am generally happy to spend 20-50 dollars a month on mobile games but not when they can't even promise you anything for it, or it feels like they are starving you into making a decision like that.

This is why I liked kings raids because you can literally get any character you want if you had enough ingame currency (rubies). The gacha part of the game was mainly equipment based: weapons, stat upgrades, runes, etc.

I'm lvl 26 and without using cash to re-up on refills, it's taken about a week to reach it just by regular gameplay.

I got Rina and her S weapon on the 50 pull mark, so Im building a team around her, I will go full F2P on this one. as level 18 I already have around 25 pull for the limited banner, I will save the pulls until a good electro dps comes out. Good luck to all on your pulls.

I’m level 32 I played nonstop so it does take around roughly 18-20 hours skipping story and blazing through tv and combat to get to there. I would advise not to reroll since it takes too long but if you have the free time then go for it. I just got lucky with my account. Ellen in 5 and S11 in 20. I don’t have the desire to spend crazy amounts of money honestly just go for the monthly pack. Overall it’s a solid game. 6/10 I hope it improves I will give it a fair chance.

Took me 3 day 6 to 8 hours to reach level 25

Its more like a week or a lil less for the proxi lvl 30 pulls, i'm f2p and got it in around 5-6 days without playing too much for the first few days

You don't get guaranteed five star, you get 1-star S-rank, to get five star, you need to pull a lot more to upgrade it.

Took me 6 days to get lvl 30!

i m lvl 30 and i have 110 standard pull and 70 limited pulls by playing as f2p and just 1 week is enough to reach lvl 30.

You did 300 standard pulls in hsr in 4 months? It took me almost a year to get the selector in hsr.

Actually tbf,I did around 200 in total just from login rewards,Knot level upgrades,quests and side quests along with the tower. Lookinh at this game with such quality while genshin with similar quality yet such pitiful reward is just insufferable

So started ZZZ on the 5th of July and I am F2P and I have been playing it very obessively and on the 8th of july I hit level 30. So it depends on how long someone play I guess.

The game is not the problem its the company that make the game 11:56. They are shitty scum, I knew hoyo never intend to gift 100 pull right off the bat. Its just bait to make people play the game. Even tho the game actually good. Why the need for a bait that I really don't know.

i have noticed hoyoverse has this rabbid fanbase that attacks anyone that has negative opinion of this game like the TV being just bad in the story and the big lie they advertise of giving us 180 free pulls. this is game will probably flop theres no way hoyo fanbase can keep genshit and star rail and this game afloat.
