How to get your betta to eat smaller food! | DIY Betta Food Ring 

Great idea l made your hammock. When I feed my betta sorority frozen brine shrimp, I mix a bit of it in a shot glass of tank water. Then I use an eye dropper to target feed each one them. Wait till they surface and drop a little right in front of them, when they have all gotten a bit, I just dump the rest of the glass in now they are all at the surface.

My current betta fish, before he went blind in one eye, I tried feeding him frozen daphnia, but it really is too small. I put in a spoonful at a time to create a small concentrated cloud of daphnia that lasts at least for a few seconds, and he might try to grab a mouthful now and again, but mostly he just didn't seem very interested. Probably too much effort for too little reward. Daphnia might be great for fry, I suppose, but seems to be more of a challenge for adult bettas to eat. The floating ring is a clever idea for the dried daphnia that floats. I'll have to remember that for the future.

I will try this with bug bites.

Be careful of the Aqueon Pellets, soak them in water before you drop them in the tank, or they will expand inside your fish and kill them. Rip to my betta MGK😢
