Same as men candidate .. But in ongc women have edge ... Because they will get only lab based chemist jobs which most of the candidates want.Men may or may not get lab job ,they are posted for field job... I hope this will be beneficial for you.

As a chemist, Girls are generally posted at various Geoscience Labs, R&D section, typical office work, health & safety department...few are also posted at installations where one have to deal with crude oil & related chemicals...As compared to boys, girls get easy postings..overall it is one of the best PSU company to work..

Girl's k liye alag se reservation nhi h... Vacancies se 4-5 times candidates ko category wise interview k liye bulaya jata h...for example there is 70 vacancies, then general category me selection ka chance upto AIR 80-90 and obc me AIR 120-130...

Stick Gate syllabus on your study table...don't take extra pressure..you have already covered 50 % syllabus in B.Sc. so revise it again...Go through last 5 years papers & prepare chapterwise...Do practice for Numerical type questions...Be Motivated n study hard..
