Didn’t work. Cannot access any of the receipts I scanned. I have 3,800 so they have been scanned. Just cannot find them once they are scanned. I have looked all over the internet. Found your video, followed the instruction and it doesn’t bring up any of my receipts. Just shows the places I can redeem my points.

After experimenting I was able to access my receipts. Here are the steps. Click on Home button (bottom left) then upper right icon with points, then BOTTOM RIGHT music icon. Then you can see points activity and look for scanned receipts. This video skipped the step where you have to click on bottom right music icon to bring up your points activity. Maybe I’m using an older version of Fetch and that’s why the method in this vid doesn’t work for some of us. Good luck!

*It’s Definitely There But Fetch Changed The Location of It. After You Open The Fetch App Click On Your Profile Icon On The Bottom Right Corner. Then Click On “Points Activity” Which Is At The Very Top. Then Click On One of Your Receipts. Lastly Click On The Photo Icon That Looks Like A Mountain At The Top Next To Pencil ✏️ Then You Will Be Able To See Your Receipt*

Can you please tell me -- at .15sec in the video - on the bottom left , there is a greyed out little cartoon guy -- when you click on it -- it lights up, then moves an icon to the right side , and puts a #1 -- what is that ? What is the purpose of that ? Please help out if you know. Much appreciated 🙏🏼 Your videos are awesome

*Thanks For Your Comment. When You Are On The Fetch Rewards App The Triangle Icon or The First Icon On The Bottom Left Is The Discover Page Where You Can See What Brands Will Give You The Most Points. The 2nd Icon or People Icon Is To See Your Friends and What Points They Have Been Earning. Hope That Helps Friend!*

@@CJsINFO thanks for replying so fast. , but I’m referring to / : when I click and look at all my receipts, on the bottom left corner of each individual receipt box is the little cartoon monster in grey - and right next to it- is a greyed out box. - when you click on the monster - it turns color- then the box next to it turns to color , and a # 1 appears. But you can click on the little monster again, and they will both turn greyed out again. - I just don’t understand the purpose, what does that do? Thanks in advance

@@santan546 *Sorry For The Misunderstanding. I Do See The Little Grey Monster LOL. I Clicked On It and See Exactly What You Are Referring To. So What I Am Understanding From This, Basically It's Fetch Rewards Way of "Liking" A Receipt. Instead of Using A Thumbs Up or Heart Like Most Traditional Apps or Websites Use, This Is Fetch Rewards Way of You Showing That You Liked A Receipt. You Could Click That Grey Monster For Your Friends Receipts As Well If You Have Any Friends Shown On The Friends List. The #1 or 1 Is Representing 1 Like, You Would See 2 If Two Different People Clicked The Grey Monster On That Same Receipt*
