It probably cuz your rig is in r6, but you've used humanoid. If you wanna do r6 animations you need to click other instead, but idk what to do after that because that's where I got lost

If you have no player 2, it means the head is already in player one! :3 Just proceed to putting humanoid bones. That also happens to ne sometimes

Becuase you rigged it wrong

Theres three files in the zip. The first file which doesn't work the second is the obj and the third the png file. Download it and put it in the avatar

Try downloading the file again. If you did, try to look for more .obj files inside the zip file
