Thank you Dr. Anne Hsu. You make providing corrective feedback seem so simple, and natural. For example when you break it down into 3 steps. Coaching us to ensure we use observable behaviors (rather than my interpretation). The analogy of the video recording is a great metaphor. And finally, I love that you urge us to ask them for their thoughts.

Nice one. good info. I also think having the points and method earlier would help people understand how the specific examples relate to the 3 methods. Thank you for this. I also liked the stats and studies.
