Yea, even ten years later this video is helping people. By people I mean me. I gave myself a foot massage. 100% worth it, and it felt amazing. Though, now ill be giving myself hand massages, because my thumbs got tired. This entire thing started from my hands cramping from playing ukulele, and now im stuck in a spiral between giving myself hand massages, and getting interested in foot massages. Fuck.... a back massage sounds nice and I can't reach that part. All my single people out there, I feel your pain.

I never used lotion and oils together I'ma try this with my girlfriend. She loves foot massages I make a fist and use my middle finger knuckle from ball to the heel and it works pretty well she says. It hard know what works cuz I've never had foot massage before so I have no idea how what I'm doing feels so just ask

I would suggest to let her have a warm foot bath first, adding some sodium carbonate, soaking for some 10 minutes. Scrub the feet removing dead skin cells. Follow up with another warm bath for another 10 minutes of soaking. She'll end up with squeaky clean feet that can breathe again. But also toasty warm relaxed feet ready for massage. If at the end she hasn't fallen asleep don't let a perfect opportunity for some tickling go to waste!

the term Massage is subjective since you need a good knowledge of movement and anatomy to give a proper massage. I mean I wouldn't recommend letting some one just mash on a body part if they have no idea what they are really doing.
