In my opinion, Glowing up is not to be only about all these things..sure there are some stuff like sleeping regularly and stuff. But its about yourself. Making changes and making yourself better. If you're inoroving by learning something great. Learning to take better care of yourself. Remember, some people may not want s jawline cause its their choice.
