I know this video is older but for anyone who comes along later like me... if it's 1:2 parts color/ developer and you're using the whole bottle, you can fill the bottle twice with developer and mix it with the color instead of needing to calculate and measure out how many ounces of developer you need.
starting: bleached to golden-orange hair. Treatment: 1.4 oz whole bottle of 050 + 3.6 oz wella 20 vol developer. Surprise: 6 tablespoons of conditioner -- which i think will lower to the developer volume ?? 10 mins to apply, then 20 mins processing. Interesting multi-tonal dark blonde result.
Quick tip with wella toners. If you don’t like the outcome just wash hair w either dandruff shampoo. Regular or the stronger stuff. Or really any shampoo WITH sulfates. It washes out in like 1-3 shampoos.
If you wanted grey I would of colored it with chrome or titanium and if it still had orange or yellow then I would of toned it with 050 oooor bleach until your a level 9 or 10 but this would take a week or so so you can repair your hair in between bleaching takes patience 🤷🏼♀️ oh and adding conditioner will stop the color from working like it should I would make sure hair is completely clean of anything maybe a few days of not washing it too and measuring is always key too🙂
It looks green. I did this same process, same timer and exact same hair color and my shit is tinged green, lol. You're cute so you can clearly rock ANY color, but it definitely has a dark green tone.
It was just brassiness from bleaching my hair, I have thick black hair and that was my first bleaching session and wanted to take breaks in between each session.. but didn’t want it yellow.
If your going to do this get t14 if your hair is yellow then us the 050 like put it together but you only put like 1-4 cap fulls of 050 and it will look really good that what I did
