Today we're going to make some amazing grilled chicken thighs on a Weber jumbo Joe. Basically a Webber jumbo Joe is a Webber kettle but a miniature form. This is one of my favorite grilling apparatus that I own, It's convenient, it can cook quite a bit of food for the footprint, and this is so darn fun to cook on. Hope you guys enjoy the recipe.
