@@slidebean Amazing content, but can you please do one on how to identify the correct target market ? How to create an accurate customer persona so you know who you need to sell too ? This is a very big issue at the early days and causes lots of financial losses, it's a bit easier if you target very very specific niches but usually let's say you want to build a fashion brand, the audience always has very broad interests, how can you distinguish the right people to sell to?
This person is the ONLYYY ONE, who actually answers my questions about startup... When i come here to seek some answers, youtube shows me bunch of entrapenours that only try to sell their book or some sort of mentorship...And didnt say a fucking usefull thing 🙁 But one day... youtube decided to show me your video... And now im so gratefull, because, not only that your videos are usefull, but they connect me with OTHER people like me🙂 My english is not so great, so i will just say: I love you man 😭❤️
@@cayahere just please continue, i love this channel so much, it provided me with so much usefull information, i dont know what would i do if i didnt saw your videos, thanks for all 🙏❤️
Oooh, I needed this video because my traction is stagnant and I need 100k active users by June to attract investors. Thank you, this break down rocked.
Make sure you know your churn at all times; there is no point spending so much time trying to get new customers if you can't even keep your existing customers. It's a tell-tale sign of an unhealthy company if more people are leaving than staying.
Hey mate, thanks for the video. So how does one scale if there are no other co-founders or huge sum of money to start off with? I'm a researcher who got made redundant after the company collapsed due to COVID-19. I have a ton of experience in academic research. I'm thinking of starting a blog, but how do I scale it soon to feed my family? Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
I know about a product that can change technological state in my country. But it is hard to make the product as I cannot hire anyone worthy to make this product. I'm 13 but if you help me out, I'll be great.
Awesome, thanks! Although @ 9:10 you say Business Development is obvious. But I only recently discovered what it meant and I'm not quite sure I really do. "Business" is a very vast word and "development", well aren't all 19 points tools to develop your business? So according to what I understand, business development is like partnering with an other business in order to widen your reach. For example a wedding photographer and a wedding planner recommending each other. Am I right? And if I am, this isn't obvious ;) I'd gladly like to learn more about that.
Business Development is basically outbound sales. It is the traditional sale cycle - that includes: prospecting/lead generation (cold calling, cold emailing, messaging), sales presentation or Demos, Closing, and customer onboarding.
Nice Video and a very good channel !! Checked your channel.... and we believe channel like ours need more public support and subscribers ☺️ kudos to the startup world
