That TSLA trade at the beginning was incredibly stupid. Buys at a high point after market open, right into resistance, leaves the trade open while going to check whatever the hell else. Lets 4 or 5 candles goes by, and then comes back to find he's lost his ass. Shortly after saying "this should be my stop," immediately proceeds to let the stock fall right through that stop point and double the loss.

For me, I had my share of ups and downs when I first started looking for a consistent passive income so I hired an expert advisor for aid, and following her advice, I poured $30k in value stocks and digital assets, Up to 200k so far and pretty sure I'm ready for whatever comes.

It's because if you lose, you only lose 2% of your overall money. If you were to invest 10%, you can only lose about 30 or 40 times smtng like that, before you have a reeealy small amount, but if you were to invest always just 2%, you can lose hundreds of times. And considering that you won't lose every time, it is pretty good. Bigger professional traders sometimes use only 1% per trade. If they have $1000, the would only use $10. But you can also have multiple open trades, so it means you can have 50 at a time. Hopefully you understood me, english is my 2nd language

The 2 percent is literal dog water Let me explain So u took a trade and then u took a profit of 2 percent (in this example we I'll use 100$) so 2 percent of 100 dollars is 2$ considering the brokerage to be around 10cents that is 20 cents gone in brokerage that leaves us with 1.80$ no can u explain me if we took 150 trades (with no losses) then it would amount to 270$, HOW DOES THAT BECOME 1950$?? THIS GUY IS LITERALLY PULLING THOSE NUMBERS OUT OF HIS FUCKING ASS For that kind of profit you I'll be trading with 1000$ minimum, not to mention that some trades might also go in losses So let's do the math with 1000$ (RR is 2 percent) We took 15 trades (15 cause aint no way u getting 3 trades per day) and took losses on 5 trades that leaves us with 200$ in profit, considering 2 dollar brokerage (entry and exit combined) that leaves us with 180$ now if we consider 15 percent tax on 180$ we get 30 dollars as tax payments then we get 150$ hand aint no way you all making 2000$ a month with 2 percent RR

Guys, how to grow a small stock ammount... START TO WORK AND SAVE MONEY. After you have like 10, 50 or 100 grand you can start investing it and actually expect some returns. Invest in all world ETFs, it's safe if you have at least 15 years to work with and gives an average amount of 6% returns per year.

got me thinking too and $2 stocks can be kinda sketch I started with $15 and made my way up to $60 by using these strategies and lots others. It also depends on the company and how their doing, it depends how much you are willing to spend, and others. I try to look for stocks that will rise in price by a few dollars and buy shares there and its working out

I wish i learnt most of these principles about seven years ago. A lot of people have been trapped strongly in the matrix-- Go to school, get a job, and then slave your whole life. Many miss out on life-changing information that could have great effect on their finances. I played with the stock market sometime in 2020, and I was surprised at how well it turned out. I want to put in $90k more into the market. I heard people are making really great returns despite the downturn.

Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look.

Just found this channel and really like the content! Always knew about the 1-2% risk management of portfolio… but never knew the importance during drawdowns. I always thought of it as a psychological cap to keep your mind in the right state so you don’t get emotional by risking too much of your account. I like how you drove the point home on the real mathematical importance of the 1-2% risk management.

great ideas imo (risk mgmt, consistent "base hits" vs home runs) but the examples given are pretty bad considering the given time allocated to the 2% rule and using a starting value of $100. i believe it would have been better to further explain the math around 5:32 and about how one might actually reach that targeted frequency of ~150 trades in a month in either a cash account or a margin account.

Even with the right technique and assets some investors would still make more than others. As an investor, you should've known that by now that nothing beats experience and that's final. Personally I had to reach out to a stock expert for guidance which is how I was able to grow my account close to $35k, withdraw my profit right before the correction and now I'm buying again.
