My Miami seed avocado tree is doing ok, it's just over a year old, but the leave turn black when I give it water. It has been given all the good food: castings, horse manure/wood chips mixture, chicken manure, mulch... I shaded it during central Florida summer, too.. thanks for the info.

I've got 3 Hass avocado trees growing in pots with a mixture of horse manure & wood shavings, they love it !!!! I have 6 more Hass avocado seeds which are all sprouting & I have planted 2 Shepard avocado seeds which have just come into season in late summer, in Australia. So,it would be nice to have a couple of different types (A & B types) of avocado trees planted together to increase fruit production, although a true breed of avocado fruit & seed may not always grow true to the type of tree that it's on !!!!

And its a natural security fence.And you can sell stakes or use them for stakes for your trees. Is your own garden in Florida i'd like to visit it. I have heard the fishing is great down in Florida.

So in Phoenix if I planted an avocado tree in my front yard that faces east, in between a large ficus and mulberry tree, plant a banana bush haha tree at the same time, provide it a shade screen that shields the top and all sides of it, mulch 3ft diameter outward from the tree and 1ft deep with compost, and water it as per your instructions it will grow and produce 🥑?
