Thank you for this video ash! I am in the process of growing out my hair and your tips are super helpful. Two weeks ago I wanted to just trim off the ends of my hair because I noticed there were quite a few single knots and split ends and ended up cutting off almost half the length of my hair! I was (and still am) so sad. It wouldn't be so bad if felt like my hair was actually healthier, but I noticed that even after the cut my hair is filled with split ends and I've tried cutting them off as I see them with professional scissors and my hair just splits again 😑 I'm really sad as this seems to mean a) my hair is super dry and 2) I may have to cut even more off 😳 Do you have any tips?
