My advice for long nails is:- don't bite them or cut them off.

tip for you! focus more on the hand you use less: I'm right handed but my left nails are much longer than my right, and they're uniform and I havent needed to cut it because i basically left it alone to grow

Let me tell you, what she's saying is very helpful and true, massaging, drinking lots of water and healthy food, and the vitamin E capsule will help you grow your nails. But if you are a person like me who had eggshells nails witch means that they would break very easy and can easily bend them, here a product that might help. My sister is a dermatologist and she recommended a product that you have to apply every day 2-4 time a day and be patient (It takes 6 months to see the results) later you can see how your nail is getting stronger and long) please trust the process, my nails where thin and bendable, but after this video and the nail product you will see the strong, natural nails. Lil moisturizer mix i made to grow my nails longer was: moisturizer +vitamin e capsule+ dried lavender I massaged this on my cuticles It worked wonders so i recommend trying it out^^

i used to do these things and than i used to bite them to now i do these steps and then put fabric tape on them so it stop myself from biting and they have already started growing!

I put Vaseline on my nails in the morning and at night. It really helps with growth and it also keeps the skin around your nails moisturized and soft. It also strengthens your nails! Once i got lazy and forgot to put it on, my nails got weaker and more bendable. Idk why, but Vaseline works like magic. ✨
