My massage therapist gua sha my mid back and let's just say it was different to how I do my face! 🤣🤣But go for it, anything that helps pain is always a good thing. Another nice thing to do is when you come to your hair line, give a little wiggle, it feels great and helps with lymphatic drainage even more! Hope you get some relief xx

I take something away from all of her content and have found so many great products, techniques and overall tips from her. She’s trustworthy and stays out drama, but is still entertaining and fun to watch. I OF COURSE love her makeup style and how she’s able to create so many wearable looks that are all still so different and unique. As cheesy as it sounds, her videos have helped over the past year. Cara Kai here is how to use it 1. Wash face 2. Toner 3. Liquid exfoliate (optional) 4. Moisturizer 5. Oil and gua sha + jade roller

Honestly, I don't have a schedule or routine with it! Sometimes every day, sometimes multiple times a day.. just kind of whenever I feel like I need it. I try it to do it at least every other day, though

the jade stone its great for the mornings while the rose stone works best at evenings ☺️

It’s normal for your face to bruise a little only because Of the pressure on your face muscles !💞

I would be wary of it scratching the face, especially in delicate areas like around the eyes. Probably best to replace.
