I've watched numerous how-to videos on the jade roller and gua sha They're pretty easy to use. But you've done something I haven't been able to find anywhere else - you explained the general goal and (most importantly) when to work these into a self-care/skin-care routine. That's so good to know! Thx for the missing puzzle piece.
I was given this Jade Roller and Gua Sha set two years ago. I have never used it properly but as I see them advertised widely now, I thought it time I checked out a video - as you do. This is an excellent tutorial. Thank you!
Thanks for this helpful tutorial. I started using both jade roller & Gua sha a few weeks ago and have seen fantastic results already! Helping me with winter dry months in New England.

Have you tried facial gua sha and jade rolling? What are your favourite tips for lymphatic drainage massage and for improving circulation? Please share with us in the comments below!
Hi there, we would love to assist you. Would you mind please further explaining your question so that we can provide you with the our best possible answer?
@@analyortiz8907 Thank you for clarifying! Using the Gua Sha for massage on the skin will not cause any additional hyperpigmentation, and will actually help with microcirculation, giving the skin a rosy healthy glow! It also helps with smoothing and contouring, to reduce tightness and tension, and using it chilled with help take down inflammation in the skin and be nice and cooling. If you're interested in products for minimizing the look of hyperpigmenation, our Citrus & Kale Potent C & E Serum and Bright Skin collection would be fabulous options! Please let us know if we can assist you with anything else.
Hello! Aloe vera gel would be a nice medium for the skin, however you may find you'll need a little more glide. If so, our Camellia Glow Solid Face Oil would be a great option to use with a Jade Roller! 💚
Hi there, thank you for your question💚 You're welcome to use your Gua Sha or Jade Roller before or after a bath. We would recommend prepping your skin prior, by cleansing and applying your desired facial oil. Afterward, you can finish your routine with your moisturizer. We also have a blog post about Gua Sha & Jade Rollers here on our website where you can learn more: eminenceorganics.com/blog/2021/07/13/natural-face-lift-jade-roller-gua-sha-benefits
Hi there, thank you for your question! The Facial Recovery Oil is amazing to hydrate and soothe dry skin. This gentle oil is suitable for sensitive skin and helps to increase hydration, and reduce the appearance of fine lines. It can be applied under your moisturizer, worn on its own, or simply used by adding a couple drops into your moisturizer. This product provides a great slip for gua sha as well. For a moisturizer, we'd recommend the Apricot Calendula Nourishing Cream. Suitable for dry and sensitive skin, this product contains gentle ingredients including apricot, echinacea, aloe and flaxseed to help hydrate and revitalize the skin. This moisturizer also helps to replenish your skin's moisture barrier while improving elasticity. We hope these recommendations help you out💚
Hi there, thank you for reaching out! Using the gua sha and jade rolling tools help to give the skin a healthy glow, among a number of benefits such as helping with lymphatic drainage. We would love to recommend incorporating a product such as the Stone Crop Oxygenating Fizzofoliant, to help reduce pore size, and reduce the appearance of dark spots. This product reveals an overall brighter looking complexion! Another great product is our Citrus & Kale Potent C+E Serum. This helps to reduce the appearance of signs of aging, leaving the skin appearing bright, firm and more even. We hope this helps! 💚
Hi there, thank you for your question! We would suggest starting with a jade roller after cleansing or toning the skin for a relaxing and cooling feeling. You can then finish off with the gua sha, which is best used with a facial oil, to be applied near the end of your skin care routine. The gua sha helps to leave the skin appearing toned and lifted. Let us know if you try this routine out💚
Hi there, thank you for your question💚 Our best recommendation is to prep the skin with a facial oil or moisturizer that will provide enough slip for the gua sha or roller to glide easily over the skin. Some great suggestions to try with your gua sha or roller routine would be our Rosehip Triple C+E Firming Oil or Monoi Age Corrective Night Cream For Face & Neck.
Hi there, thank you for your question! Gua Sha can still be beneficial for those with sensitive skin. You'll want to be very gentle on the skin, and can use our Rosehip Triple C+E Firming Oil, suitable for sensitive skin types. Hi there, thank you for your question. Coconut oil can clog pores and therefore can contribute to breakouts in some people. It can also cause contact dermatitis as it is quite high in fatty acids and saturated fat. If you have oily skin, coconut oil might cause blackheads, pimples, or whiteheads to form on your face if left on overnight. We would suggest using products designed to be left on the skin such as our Camellia Glow Solid Face Oil instead.
Hi there, thank you for your question! As with most skin care habits, consistency is key to achieving the best results. You're welcome to start your gua sha routine with two to three days a week and eventually work up to every day if you'd like 💚
