Please can you help me by sending me the feeding Schedule from 1st week until weening & how many hours apart I need to feed & how many times???? PLEASE HELP!!! Look forward to hearing from you. Thank you for your Time.
Hi! Love your videos and have made 2 of your brooders which are wonderful! I have a huge question for you. My babies are 8 weeks now and started weaning. But I'm still handfeeding on demand. My huge question is, how do you keep them clean after feeding and esp when they have feathered. Is giving them a bath everyday okay?
This is my first time ever breeding our cockatiels. I’m so sad because we have 7 eggs and they’re all duds. Five are from one pair two from another pair and unfortunately not even one is fertile 😢. I fed them pellets, they have mineral blocks, a cuttlebone, calcium powder in their water, and I sprinkle their pellets with egg protein. Is there something I did wrong to get these results? I was kind of hoping that maybe we would have at least one baby. UPDATE: One of my females ended up laying 5 eggs and three were fertile. We now have 3 hatchlings but sadly, their mother passed away two days ago. The hatchlings are with their foster parents and the parents are doing great taking care of them. We’re so excited.
QUESTION: how do you keep your feathered weaning babies clean? The formula hardens on their feathers and the clutch mates are picking it off. There are some bald spots happening now. I give them a warm bath and soak. Is that okay for these young babies to be so wet everyday?
I got mine on Amazon. For little tiny one's, the curved syringe works. But when they start getting pin feathers, I use a 10cc syringe since their mixture is thicker.
You have to get some nutrition in him. Watch my videos on this. I need more details in order to really help you. Let me know and lets talk about it. Kevin
Hello sir! I have got 3 weeks old cockatiel. I don't know how many hours should it sleep at night? I fed it 11 pm and 7 AM in the morning. Would you recommend me anything?
I have a question, me and my husband really need your expertise. We have two cockatiels, and they recently laid eggs. 3 of them. The male is acting so weird, directly when we put the nest in, he became so overprotective and he would barely let the female in. When the babies was born it was better, but he was still strating fights with her every time it was his turn to "sit on the eggs". She can't even be near the nest when he is sitting on them. Two of the babies died probably because he didn't let her feed them 😔 And when we take them outside of the cage to hang out with us, he starts screaming if he can't see her. Like if she flies to a place where he can't see her, if she is on the floor walking under the table and he is on top and he can't see her, he just starts screaming is head of. It is so annoying. What should we do? Should we separate them for a while in two different cages or can we get her a new male? 🤔 Can you give us some advice pleaaaase🙏🏼???
Im getting ready to get a baby cockatiel. Im struggling with a green cheek conure, or cockatiel. Its been over 20 years since i hand fed my african grey. Im scared 😂
I’m just wondering about your magic fly incubator it says to put 60 ML’s to 100 ML’s water in the bottom is that what you do? It seems like too much and then from day one to 18 is what you do ?day 18 take out the top grid and just put them the eggs in the bottom gridwithout paper towel? How much water do you put in when they’re in the bottom grid?

Can you please please help me predict the gender of the babies? Mother is pearl, the father is whiteface. One baby is a whiteface pearl, the second one is pied and the little one is lutino
Hello ! I need help with my 1 day old cockatiel ! It chirps and moves a lot but it has been having issues since the 3rd feeding. It is not digestion the Kaytee exact formula fast enough. I’m trying to feed it every two hours but when it’s time for the next feed the crop is already almost full. But baby looks like its strong because it still stand and lifts its head for food. The baby though does open its mouth a lot but I don’t know if he’s gasping for air or is just asking for food. With the slow crop I waited four hours after the 5th feeding and gave it warm water because you said in one of your videos that you do that. Is there anything else I can do ????
Hii ! I have questions about how to store cockatiel Eggs as my birds are not incubating their Eggs? Is it better to collect all eggs and then put them into an incubator all together or just put them into the incubator as soon as the female layed the egg? . 2nd question is how do I remove/clean the feed off the faces of 5weeks old cockatiels?
@@Bird.Squawk one more Question i don’t know why humidity level drops during night i try to keep it between 50 % to 60 % but it drops to 30 % at night what is the solution ? Plz Do guide me regarding incubation and hatching cockatiel egg . Regards
My friend, what should I do? I have a pair of albino cockatiels and incubating them for the eggs is good, but when the eggs hatch, you do not feed the children and leave them to die for more than one production. This happens, and I cannot take care of them at this young age. What should I do, my friend? All greetings and appreciation to you on your wonderful channel.
i’ve been raising birds ever since i was 8 i’m 13 now and i bought an adult cockatiel, adult african grey, sun conure and an adult lorikeet and i’m thinking of getting a baby cockatiel but their size scares me. it’s not my first time hand feeding a bird, i hand fed the sun conure. and another bird which i’m assuming was a love bird at maybe 6 or 7 years old
@@Bird.Squawk I have one more question what do you feed your 6 week old cockatiels because the parents of mine are only feeding baby once a day it is eating seeds and pellets and drinking water.
Because he doesn't want the birds to fly away to Australia ! Cockatiels tend to fly away, they are migrating birds. If a dogs starts to bark or a truck passes by, the cockatiel may get frightened and fly away..and get lost 😢

@@girodrigues4536That's a sad excuse for wing clipping. How are they going to fly away when they're indoors? You just have to be a responsible pet owner. I've had 5 fully flighted tiels for years and none have ever escaped. They're actually very easy to deal with even when they can fly if you train them and form a real bond, not just a forced bond from clipping their wings. I've even been able to teach them to go into a small cage every morning to transport them to their outdoor aviary, and back in at night to go back to their indoor room.
You absolutely don't have to clip their wings if you're careful with their environment. In fact, clipping them as babies before they have ever learned to fly can effect their development for life.
I recommend it if you have ceiling fans or glass sliding doors. They will fly into the sliding glass doors really hard and possibly break a wing or maybe worse. I clip all 8 of my cockatiels flight feathers, and my love bird. It doesn’t hurt them.
