Lol, I am disabled and have a lot of time on my hand so frequently I see how long I can keep them on the phone without giving them what they want but I keep giving them hope. So far, the record is 57 minutes.

My credit card got stolen, but I didn’t report it to the police because the thief spends less than my wife.

This guy actually sounds pretty legit. The guys at Visa are always asking me if I sleep with my wife.

I'm 68 and have been doing "dramas" with the scammers for years now! Yours was great! I string them along like I'm really ignorant but trying my best to follow their rules, but pretend like I can't find what they tell me and don't know the correct terms. Had a GUY on from India whose name was Heidi - lol - and played him for almost half an hour as though I was a really sweet, old woman. You could hear him sigh and getting more impatient with me every minute. When he finally asked what the search box said that was supposed to get him into my computer, I told him it said, "capital U, capital R, capital A, scammer" - lololol - You should have heard him cursing!!! I laughed so hard I almost needed a depends!!!

I normally won't answer unless it's a contact calling. The last time I answered, I told the guy I couldn't talk because I was burying a body in my yard.......he hung up on me. lol

I got one of those "grandmother" calls earlier this afternoon. As soon as I heard the tearful inquiry, "Grandmother?" I immediately said, "Danny? Is that you? Is something wrong, you don't sound like yourself!" In a tearful voice, he said that he had been in an automobile accident and needed my help. He had a broken nose (I guess that's why he "didn't sound like himself" LoL) and he was in jail and needed my help. He said the cops had found an empty liquor bottle in his car and that there was a pregnant woman in the other car involved in the accident. I said, "But Danny, you don't drink!". He gave me the number of a lawyer and told me to call that lawyer and then call "Danny" back again, but he begged me not to tell anybody (he told me this more than once). He told me he loved me and was about to hang up when I had enough of this game and I said, "Danny, before I hang I just want to tell you to go f--k yourself because i know this is a scam call. *click*

This was hilarious! Seriously though, these scammers are such a nuisance. I get about six phone calls a day. I just block them. I already have 743 calls blocked and they just find another number to call me from. Wish they would get a real job!!!

I had one call my work a few weeks ago, they asked if I owned or rented a home? I told them, I lived in a cardboard box and asked if they could help me with that? They hung up. I’ve also answered and then threatened bodily harm to the caller and their whole family, including any pets. They hang up on that too. Or I tell them that I work for the government and I’m reporting the call to security. That gets a hang up really quickly.

I used to get calls offering duct cleaning. I told them that all of my ducks flew south for the winter but if he called me back in the spring I'm sure they would arrive back all dirty from thir trip and I would have them cleaned then. The moron spent the next few minutes trying to explain the difference between duct cleaning and duck cleaning to me. Apparently he doesn't clean ducks, just ducts. Hahahahahaha.
