@@PyroInferno110 his game is more than just cone drills. He definitely played serious ball somewhere at some point. That pick drill where he trains the players to "back into" the defensemen after clearing the pick is a heady play which only comes from playing realtime ballgames

This my first time watching and learning from u but at 5:00 mins where u talked about separation..I use that and I love it.. my favorite time to do a floater.. that separation time allows enough time for a kick out or bucket..but with the center in the paint as well u gotta be able to make distance from him too

Work on your entire lower body, mainly quads but hip flexors , quads, hamstrings, calves. Practice plyometrics like box jumps to further increase your explosiveness

I will just do a simple back spin move to counterattack the press def. cz a spin move will create a whole lot of space , or give u great chance to do all other combos or pass

This was really really helpful but one of my biggest weaknesses is how to get out of a backcourt 1-2-2 press, because I play point guard so I’m the one who has to take care of that. Can you guys make a video about that ?
