OK, I logged onto this to see how the brackets went onto each other, and onto the rod, none of which was addressed. I was given several of these and all the parts but I am trying to find out how the parts go together. This didn't help - at all.
Scott, I've got the rod up. I haven't put curtains on the sliders yet.. but I'm testing the sliders when I pull the string and they don't move in on the motion to pull the (not there) curtain closed. Is it the weight of the curtains that'll make that work?
On the bottom of the center support bracket there is a silver mechanism with a slot that will fit the end of a flat head screwdriver in. You can then rotate the bracket so it locks into the groove of the rod. The groove is located on the back of the rod. Good luck!
