To hard reset a Blu J9L, follow these steps:
1. Power off the device completely.
2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously until the Blu logo appears on the screen.
3. Once you see the Blu logo, release both buttons.
4. You should now see the Android system recovery menu.
