How to harvest and cure sweet potatoes 

This is how I grow, harvest and cure Sweet potatoes in the UK
Sweet potatoes are starchy when you harvest them so they need to be 'cured' to bring on the sweetness.
This is not a cost effective method but I've yet to find a cheaper one that works.
