Yes, the main cons of Gap year is that you get Too relaxed. I took one after school to get myself to specialty i dream of. I can say, i won't survive another such experience 😂 The pressing and stressing surrounding drives me so much, so that's why on my gap year i was probably 20% productive of previous state
Thank you so much for posting about Gap Years. Personally, I am taking more than 1 gap year to do exactly what you said. I want to see what's out there in the world to solidify the idea that yes I full heartedly still want to be a doctor. Thank you. You have eased my mind so much about this decision of mind!
Hiiii! I just wanted to say that I’ve been having trouble coming to terms with the idea of not being able to apply and get into med school right out of college, and I just wanted to say that this video has made me feel much better and more open to the idea. I truly appreciate you sharing your thoughts and experiences!
Appreciate this video so much since I am taking a gap year after I graduate. It really confirmed my choice and answered all my questions. Thank you so much!
PRERAKKK. Thank you so much for this video. I had lot of doubts whether to take a gap year or not because my parents were highly against it & I guess I also wasn't sure if I would transition into med school easily. But after this video, I'm having more thoughts of taking a gap year (and not feel so bad about it) 😊
I feel a bit better watching this video. My family didn't like the idea of me not going straight into medical school after undergrad. Still, I really do feel like I need a break from undergrad to focus on myself and make myself a stronger applicant. Thank you for this information!
Congratulations on going to Yale. My friend's dad went to Yale for medical school. He really enjoyed it and I will also apply there in 2 years. Who knows, maybe we will meet there one day.
@@mattdemir6747 That's so amazing congratulations! Best of luck with the rest of med school. I about to apply this cycle so hoping I either get into NYU (fat chance ahahaa) or get a scholarship like you :)
Concise, informative, and super helpful as always! I was wondering, could you maybe go into the details of how you made your idea of a board game into reality? Also maybe some practical tips on how to convert your ideas into tangible projects?
Hey, I have started to watch your videos as I am planning to apply to med school in 2 years. I have a few questions I wanted to ask you. I was really inspired by your videos as you have answered a lot of doubts. Let me know if I could contact you directly.
