@@wegotonelove - Not enough people are shoving it down your throat. Growth is something we cannot stop, just like you cannot stop that you grow into an adult. It's a natural part of life. Whether you like it or not. We will always return from where we came - non-existence. So when I talk about "taking back your mind," I'm talking about getting out of your own way so you can actually enjoy this process vs. resisting it.
