There's a special dread league start option in the game rules and It's quite fun too. Stupidly overpowered tho.

I did Dread League once and when I was done with WC it was 1032. I will never play that country again

I did dread league wc with this strat twice and both ended in 1019. This run also has potential to end in 1019-1020, because all majors have their armies donated to you at this point. You just played it wrong
